Default hustling in the big clubs

I'm having trouble with hustling in Vegas (Rhino). I normaly work at a small club in Boise, and usually make top girl (on rare occasions, I can even pull near $1000). So why am I having problems in Vegas? Granted, I've only been there once and was fairly intimidated. I'll be going back there to work in a week, and definately want to make this time better. I'm curious how different is hustling in bigger clubs like the Rhino in Vegas? Do I need to have a different frame of mind? What advice does anyone have? And how not to get overwhelmed when everything around you seems to be so chaotic? I'll appreciate any help I can get on this...thanks.

I work in Maine...so nothing like vegas, but I do work in a "bigger" club. The place is pretty big and on a weekend night there are tons of girls on and the place is packed, it can get really intimidating. I think it helps to have a quicker hustle when its like this. Go to guy, sit on lap, or lean over him seductivly, w/e your thing is, introduce yourself, ask how his night is going (w/e you want to say, just quick small talk tat isn't going to take more than a minute of your time) then spring w/e line you use for a dance on him. Usually I can do a lap dance marathon doing this, as long as I stay in the "approach everyone" mindset and don't waste to much time.
It can get intimidating with a million guys to approach and a ton of girls to compete with, but you get used to it.

It's impossible to keep an eye on all the men in the place like you can sometimes do at a smaller club, so just stake out a portion of the floor, like a 50x50' area, and hustle it. If it runs dry, move to a new area.

I've noticed that when I work in bigger clubs, I tend to be more "comfortable" hustling on one area of the room vs. the other. Like Lena said, I basically stake out a portion of the area.

Look around the room and pinpoint less-traveled areas that other girls aren't hitting up. Guys sitting by themselves along the walls were a good place to start at one large club where I worked.

Most girls who are top girls in their hometowns or whatever find Vegas to be a bit too much. There's no other place where you compete with 300 other girls at the same time and that can be mighty intimidating. Lena's advice to stake out a smaller area is good. Also just keep moving; there are so many places to go in those big clubs and so much customer turnover - don't waste any time on a slow hustle, get to the point quickly and if you don't get a yes right away, move on immediately.

Another thing I do is look at the custies as dollar signs. Literally, like their heads are just giant dollar signs. It's hard to be intimidated by that, and easier to smile and be friendly when you're just looking at a dollar sign

The rhino is a quick hustle. Keep moving. No need to waste time trying to sell someone who is reluctant. Just keep going. A simple introduction, 30 second rapport building, and ask for the dance. If he says no, but is in a group of people, ask if anyone else is interested. If they all say no, move on to the next table.
The rhino is like shooting fish in a barrel. There are always empty laps, so you should always keep moving, eventually, you'll make a sale.

General huistle advice that applies well at the Rhino: Watch for guys looking at you, or swivelign their heads at you. There are so many girls, a guy can basicially have whatever type of girl he wants, so a lot of guys are on the lookout for their "type" and get tired of being bombarded with offers from other girls. So if yuo can catch a guy checkign you out, chances are your what he is looking for, so he will be an easy sale. Thinking, " Finally- the blonde I want!"

Yep like a video game!! They sparkle and glow in my head, lol.

Honestly, Rhino is the MOST intense hustle of all the Vegas clubs. All good advice above. I worked Rhino night shift my very first weekend in Vegas. It was SO hard. I came back and worked a few of the other big clubs to get my Vegas hustle down, then went back to Rhino. I did so so SO much better! Vegas is a different hustle from any other city and Rhino is a different hustle from any other clubs in Vegas.

So maybe work at Scores or Sapphire, make some money, get your hustle down and your confidence up, and then go back to Rhino??? Worked for me. And it's good to have a back-up club b/c you can get burned out at Rhino real quick.
