Default Issue: Maximizing time wisely in packed club...

Ok, up until recently I've never had this problem. My newest club gets so packed that it's literally shoulder to shoulder with customers. When a customer is ready for a dance, I have to literally walk up 15-20 steps and do a lapdance. BUT it gets so packed up there, that I usually end up waiting on a seat (there are about 10 leather couches up there) to do my dance.

It frustrates me to no end to wait for a seat to open up, to then have a customer only buy 1 dance. I dont' mind waiting a little bit of time for a seat to open up IF a customer plans on buying multiple dances, but what about those who only want 1?

I'll be honest, I'd much rather try to find a guy willing to buy 3+ lapdances straight, than find 3 different customers, walk up and down some steps on 3 different occastions.

So, is there a way I ask as a guy how many dances he plans on getting from me before we actually take that long hike up the stairs to wait on a seat??

Just say, "Dances are 3 for $60" and if they ask tell them it's not worth it for you to just do one dance.

Where are you that it's so packed?

Charlotte. But the the min amount for a lapdance is $25 in which I charge $30. Would saying, "3 for a $100" be to much to just up and say. That's alot to just drop.. Dam, now I'm sounding like a scared newbie.

You have nothing to lose by asking. Try it out for a few nights, and see if it works.

Alternately, you could offer 3 for $75. I know that's the kind of thing that gets hated around here, but if it's a question of balancing time/profit, a guaranteed $75 (+ possible tip) is worth pitching, especially because that is a very fair price, so you will hustle with conviction.

Does the house take a cut? If they do, then disregard selling for $25. The last club I worked at took a $10 cut and there was no way I was doing a dance for less than $30 ($20 for me/ $10 for the house).

Three for a hundred is fine. Just say it confidently, and if it doesn't work, try three for seventy five or eighty.

    I'd try 3 for 90.

you're likely to get the 100$ anyways, but this way it doesn't sound like so much.

oh, or if you do 3 for 100, offer any aditional dances for 25. b/c that's! 4 dances for 125 or 5 for 150

Is there any way you can just do the dance in the seat they are sitting in?
On special event nights all of our couches are taken so the girls that do the dances directly where the guy is sitting end up making a lot more money.

You could ask them if they'd like to do a set for 90.00 or 100.00 whichever you feel like you can say more confidently. Re-wording it sometimes makes them feel like they are getting something different. A girl at my club sells 5 dances for 100 by telling guys they should just buy a "set". It's no different than regular dances, dances at my club are 20.00 anyway but she doesn't like doing VIP rooms so she dances the night away and leaves...i never see her sitting and she does air dances. I always wondered how she was doing this until i was sitting with a bunch of guys with her and saw her in action. She assumes the sale with confidence. Veddy Veddy Smart!

Maybe something like that would work...

That's me too...I hate doing VIP rooms, so I just focus on doing lots of long strings of dances. But I hadn't thought of offering a "set" upfront; that is smart. I'm going to have to try that and see how it works for me.

If the minimum price is $25, then it'd be super easy to sell 4/$100. Tell them it's $30/song but you'll give them 4/$100 - it's a deal without going below minimum price. You get $100 per sale instead of $30, and he gets a "bargain". Everyone's happy.

^That's exactly what I was thinking.

And I love the set idea. I hate working weekend because of how crowded it gets (along with other thigns I've already whined about) but lately the weekends have been where the money is.

I'm going to try the "set" thing next weekend and see if it helps cut down on how much running around the crowd I have to do. Great idea.

I actually tried that the night I worked there. But I still had guys opting to get only the one dance for $30. It was a waste of my time..

Oh, and someone asked if they take a cut, yes they take $5 per dance. Also, there are no VIP/Champ rooms here.
