Default Time of day or day of the week for anxiety?

I've just noticed that Saturday nights around 5 or 6 pm I get extremely anxious. Does anyone else associate time of day or day of the week with anxiety attacks? (By the way, I've got a theory about what's triggering me, but I'll keep that private.)

Now I feel bad if I fired anyone up. Me, I'm going to treat myself to a xannax and a hot shower now. Blah.

There's a line of thinking that suggests focusing on a problem--the very thing we're told is a good idea in therapy--may in some cases prevent the symptoms from going away.

Put another way: Talking about my anxiety just now prompted me to feel quite a bit more jittery.

When I'm getting ready for work, and especially in the car on the way there. I used to like dancing, but now I dread going in and I have to have at least one drink before I can talk to customers. It sucks.
