I want to get my kitty Heidi a boyfriend, preferably one of the same breed, so I found this guy at the scpa. What breed do u think he is?
The first pic is my kitty, the 2nd is the male at the spca.

He looks like a longhaired Siamese or Burmese mix.
He looks like a long haired blue point siamese mix of somesort.
I believe you Dottie and you have my support
I hope you mean boyfriend in the "they are both fixed" sense. If so, adopt away! The second one is cuter, IMO.

^I thought it would be cute to have matching boy and girl kitties. And of course they'll both be fixed.

Um. Okay. Not the best of reasons. What's the age difference and are you sure you are willing to put in the work so that the two of them get along? Just because they MIGHT be of the same breed (even if they are) doesn't translate into them getting along easily.
Plus mixing a male cat and a female cat isn't necessarily that great either (I speak from experience)
I personally would rather have two cats that aren't necessarily the same breed yet get along well than two cats that look "cute" together. bleh.
I have to ask have you actually gone to the shetler to see this cat and how it interacts with its environment? As someone who is working at a local shelter (even if it is in a casual sense) I can definately testify to how SEEING the cat and interacting with the cat yourself will tell you more about the cat than just a picture.
