If you're on your feet & dancing consistently for more than a couple of hours, do you think you can burn a lot of calories? Because I still workout during the week, but I always break a bit of a sweat from dancing & I figure I have to be burning a good bit. But I wasn't sure if it was small like 50-100 or big if you're working 4-6 hours.![]()

I don't know how I ever worked out with cardio/weights before I went to work a while back. I feel wiped out a lot since I started working again. Thx you guys.
