I have 2 issues right now. . . 10 weeks post-baby and I'm not sure if I'm ready to go back to work. My stomach is mostly flat, except for a tiny bump below my belly button, but its not cut at all. My upper body is completely fine, I even have some definition in my shoulders. However. . . my lower body is not great at all. I've been walking, strength training, and doing the elliptical but its taking time to get back in shape and I don't know when (if ever) I'm going to get my old body back.
Also, I'm concerned about going back to work because I havent been at my old clubs in a year now and they might ask me to audition again and will probably be disappointed that I don't have the same body as before. Any advice PLEASE about getting my a$$ toned and back on stage? Should I go to completely different clubs until I look better or do you think managers have some loyalty to their dancers even when they're not at their best? Thanks for the advice![]()
