Why do customer says things like "Now I have no money to eat tomorrow" after they spend alot of money? Are you thinking they can guilt me into giving some of it back? I never know what to say when they say this to me.

Oy..this is such BS. I have no symapthy...I didnt rob you...you CHOSE to spend it on me.
I tell them that this would be a great time to start a diet then....

I've never had anyone give me that yet. Just say: "Hey bro, that's on you." and walk away. If he's so broke he shouldn't or wouldn't be at a strip club. Shows where his priorities are.

oops...meant to post this in customer convo...any way to move it?

oh man, last night i sat with a guy who told me he only had $65 to his name. then i asked, "then what are you doing here??"
he says "to get dances!"
my concience was clear as i did the dances he could afford.![]()

Take as a weird backwards compliment. For one they're probably lying and if they're not.....well then they have bigger issues to worry about than being broke. It's a backwards compliment, they're saying they'd rather spend all their money on you than eat......or depending on the guy maybe they're hoping it'll get them some OTC action.
oops sorry I thought I was in cust convo

I guess it depends on how they say it.
There was a guy practically crying in our lobby saying to himself that he had to take his gf to Disneyland the next day and now he had no money. He stayed for a good 15 minutes after the show was over in the lobby sulking.

Triton, youre good
Sky, I moved your post to SG because it sounded to me like you were asking for dancer responses. My interpretation of your wording. If you were looking for primarily customer responses I goofed.
I can't move the thread back to CC. The SG mods can. Or you can post again in CC with the same question.
My apologies to the SG mods if I caused additional work for them.

Once again I have embraced my addiction and have put off the moral dilemma to another day.
Smile and tell them, "Time to get a second job baby"

Oh that would be awkward. No one has said that to me but they have said stuff like "wow i have spent so much money on you" and i felt really awkward even at that.
My regular tried to use it to get OTC (one of his many, many attempts). He told me he didn't have money to get a cab home so could i give him a lift home from the club. I just told him to keep the last $50- he hadn't actually given it to me yet and use it for a cab. He is such a liar I know he has lots of money, what a shitty excuse.
There are many stereotypes about the industry that I work in. Sometimes they can be true but human beings are very diverse creatures and cannot be pigeon-holed into one category.
Some of the most effortlessly beautiful, kind, intelligent, successful, motivated, driven and ridiculously hilarious women that I have ever met have been dancers. I've met the best friends that I've ever had in this industry.
If they were sweet they'd add, "but you're worth it." I would just assume that's what they mean since they just spent the money on you.
wow. how aquward. I'd laugh and tell him to put his groceries on his plastic....
what bs!
I think it's just a ruse to get you to stay and talk a little longer. Just say a cute one liner and walk away, off to find the next one.
ugh! not your fault they're too dumb to budget for food!
