Okay ladies, I need a low-impact workout routine suitable for the third trimester. I have a pilates ball with resistance bands on it and a DVD but a lot of the moves on it aren't really do-able for me any more. Not just because of the big belly sticking out but because I'm really starting to have a problem with pelvic cramps and my back is really acting up. Plus, I noticed a couple of cellulite dimples on my ass this morning and that is NOT acceptable.
So, if anybody has any ideas or suggestions about the sort of exercises you did that would be great. As much as I'd love to consult my doctor about this she's completely booked up until November and by then I may be too far gone (haha).
