I remember going #2 on Saturday. Thats the last time I went. I NEED TO GO. Last thing I want to do is take ex lax or rather what I call the "blue pill diet" because I was addicted to those.
There anyway to make myself go like tonite? I have no energy and am really tired. Obviously bloated and gross but I just feel like crap (no pun intended). I cant move off the couch. Im drinking a ton if water and had some colon cleanse (high fiber) but its not happening
Any natural things that work overnite?
