Last week I weighed myself and I was at 171. That's generally where my weight has been staying at the past couple months. I was on my period, but it still never changes much.
Well today I went and weighed myself for the fun of it. Period is over.
164. Huh?
Is this normal? I've never had such a quick and vast fluctuation, usually only 2-3 pounds. Yesterday I barely ate anything because I was sick, but other than that admittedly I am doing no exercise and eating like crap. Is this me losing water weight or....what?![]()
