    Default I've got leopard spots

I helped my sister stain her fence and the stain ended up splattered up to my elbows and on my face a bit. On my face it washed right off, but I've exfoliated the hell out of my arms and it won't come off. I look like a leopard. This shit would be really good for tanning if it weren't so toxic.

So. Do I wear gloves? Can you get gloves up to your elbows? Hot topic? What do gloves go with? Or do I just not work the next few days?

Or is there a magic way to get rid of the spots?

Sometimes oils can remove skin stains where soap+scrubbing fails. Once when I was desperate I used nail polish remover on some permanent marker stains and it worked like a charm.

^ What can I wear gloves with? Will it look wierd?

I tried olive oil and it didn't work. I'll try nail polish remover tomorrow when the stores open.

I think you could wear gloves with any dress or skirt set, as long as they were coordinated.

    A few ideas...

    Mr. Clean Magic Eraser

shop scrub (the sort for cleaning hands that you get at a hardware store)

get long white gloves and you could do a really classy, glamorous all white outfit.

is it on your hands? if it isn't, you could cut the fingers off of some long gloves too and do like a 1980s madonna sort of thing. lace gloves? arm warmers?

I'm sure you already thought of this but paint thinner will take furniture stain off the skin with minimal scrubbing. It's probably not a good idea to do it regularly but I've done it fairly often with no ill effects or rashes, even with my sensitive skin.

Lava soap - if the nail polish remover doesn't work. I think acetone (which is basically the main ingredient in paint thinner and what you would use to clean the brushes) would work. Definitely moisturize afterwards!

I tried nail polish, which has acetone, and it didn't work? I think I might be stained until this layer of skin comes off. I hope it's not to deep.

Hot Topic didn't have any long gloves. The Party Place had some halloweeny long orange and black striped ones, but I couldn't see pulling those off with my long pretty blue gown, or my little red dress, or, well, any outfit I currently have.

Hot Topic has some stripperiffic halloween shit, tho.
