Default what does a lady customer like in a dancer?

i've noticed that i get chosen a lot by the ladies. couples, ladies buying a dance for their bachelorette friends, ladies buying for brothers or boyfriends. they'll actually come up to me and ask. at first i didn't really care for it, but i've had to learn to love it, and i do now.

i know a lot of the dancers here are customers too.

anyone care to shed some light on this?

As a former female customer, what I looked for were women who looked like they enjoyed being there - smiled, especially on stage - and had positive body language.

When it was for a friend/bf/myself as a lap dance, I chose one who looked a little more "classy" - I wasn't up for any extras and didn't want to give my friends any either by accidentally choosing the girl who gives HJ's in the LD room. Not a good way to tell, I know, but still how I used to pick.

I wonder the same thing. I've picked out dancers who had long hair, (not cheezy platnum blonde), nice face, nice rack...hmm, like me! Or the fantasy me w long hair. I'm not attracted to women at all tho. I always get surprised if women pick me, I don't think I give off anything other than %100 strickly dickly vibes, I wonder if their physical preference is the same as men.

When I go as a customer, I always like the girls who dance well, with nice tall slender bodies. I like girls who look really graceful on stage, usually the one's who've had dance training since they were little, jazz, ballet, etc. Lol, but I'm the complete opposite of that -- short and curvy, with zero dance training ever..

I've found in my experiences with the ladies is that they like girls who are having fun on stage and that are very personable. And they do seem to like actual dancing, whereas guys are more into just slow, sensual movement. If it's slow and there are women at the stage, I'll have the DJ play Beyonce songs and I do the choreography from the video for them lol and they love it.

Women love stage shows. And here's a tip - they tend to really love Madonna. If you ever wind up with a bunch of women sitting at the tip rail, play some Madonna for your set and they'll start throwing money at you like confetti. I dunno why but it works on me too when I'm a customer. I think there's just something about women of our generation, we hear Madonna and something in our subconscious yells, "FUCKEN SEX GODDESS YEAH!" whether we actually like her or not.

When I'm a customer, I look for a friendly, engaged dancer who seems to be enjoying herself, preferably one who approaches me first. The one thing I really hate is dancers who use the lapdance that *I* paid for to drum up business from the men. You know, I'm supposed to be getting a lapdance and instead I wind up as a mere prop in some girl-on-girl production designed to get all the men looking. I HATE this so much; I like a very soft, intimate lapdance, especially if I get to touch her hair while she dances for me. (I have a fetish for women's long, silky hair.)

Enthusiasm. I like a girl who acts like she's happy to dance for me. Of course, most men want that too. Lookswise, it can vary. I'm into a variety of different looks.

i tend to get picked by women because of my pole tricks and stage show. that's right: women love good pole dancing whereas men don't seem to care as much. i also get picked by women because i don't resemble the busty blonde look at all or am somehow more "real" to them than fake.

i actually don't mind dancing for women. i've noticed that women have softer skin and for some reason i'm always worried that i'm going to hurt them, even if i myself am a woman. weird, huh?

I am SO glad I read this thread before I went to work tonight. I'm comfortably bi and it really stumped me how I could be so clueless about dancing for women, but it was definitely my weakest spot. They'd come up to stage and I wouldn't really know what to do. And last week one lady wanted a lapdance because it was her husband's birthday and he wanted to watch. I felt amazingly awkward and unsexy.

Like, guys are easy. Grind (in contact clubs) and make them feel like you're horny and can't control yourself. I just always feel like girls will see right through it, especially if they're just placating a partner and not really all about it. Plus I hear what you're saying, mina, about feeling like they might break. I don't feel comfy plopping down on a fragile girly lap.

However, after reading this thread and getting advice from a girl at my club, I felt a lot better. And then sure enough, I'm doing my set and this hot butchy girl comes up and is just ooooooozing lustful giggles at me! She got dances for her and her boyfriend and was complimenting my body, my moves, my personality, all of it. I want girls like her every night!

So it's hit or miss with the wimmins, I suppose?

As a customer I tend to go for the person I want to look like. I want to be more slender and have longer her also. But I want to look classy and appear to dance like I really know what I'm doing. Pole tricks always gets me to through money, and like someone said above Madonna makes me want to through money too
As a dancer I have been asked by several females to dance for them. I love to do it, as I am also openly bi, but I can see where there was some awkwardness. I didn't want to break their little laps, and I almost had to change my dance to make it appealing but not "back breaking". In any case they seemed to like it, but I'm sure that it wasn't my best dance.
I have to agree with SundayMorning, it's hit or miss

i like really athletic chicks who can do tricks that i can never dream of doing. like the lifting the leg all the way up next to the head thing. and big bushy hair.

i don't know what made all the girls pick me when i was a dancer. sometimes i think the chicks got off on the lapdances more than the men. their boyfriends sure did love that.....heh....

women kinda frazzle me as customers, actually. i act like i'm hot shit even when i'm dealing with a group of really dapper, good-looking guys... but one remotely cute female takes interest and i get all nervous and self-conscious and weirded out. i don't know "how" to dance for women...on stage or in their laps. one time there was this really foxy girl sitting by the stage at the very end of the night and she put something like $10 on the stage. i was like...hey sexy... *nervous dancedance* and she just kinda smiled and gazed and then i realized she was totally wasted and i prob. didnt need tobe so nervous. everyone was like oh shes a lezbo. i said i dunno, she may or may not be....i get that look sometimes... the lusty liquored up lezbo look....

i love girls but i always get really nervous when dancing for them too, like i'm gonna hurt them. i always have to remind myself that i'm pretty light and i love it when i get a lapdance myself. i also worry about the level of contact they are comfortable with, as i've had a few seem very uncomfortable the whole dance. i keep trying to attract more women customers anyways!

it seems like the only attention i get from girls lately though is to ask where i got my boots.

my fears of hurting her lap when dancing for a woman made me wonder if men, when having sex missionary or doggie style ever are afraid of crushing their female partner.

i actually enjoy dancing for women because they seem to appreciate the slow sensuality of my dances more often than male customers (although there are men that will sign right up for that). although i consider myself to be straight there are times when i can definitely feel some sexual energy between me and the woman i'm dancing for. maybe that's where "everybody is a little bisexual" comes from.

When I go, I like the dancers to be friendly, sexy, and upbeat. She should look like she's having fun, and well put together.

I'd take it as a compliment. Women are far more critical than men as far as appearance goes. You give the typical man a beer and put a naked woman in front of him, he's set. Women, on the other hand usually don't want just any woman dancing for her. I think they also like women they feel are approachable and friendly. I use to give a lot of dances to couples and women. Unfornuately, I find that women won't spend nearly as much money and are more handsy. So, it certainly has it's pros and cons.

You know what its so weird that you mentioned you get worried that your going to hurt them...I just thought about it and I worry about that too lol I usually balance myself instead of putting my whole weight on them when I'm giving them lap dances...I only weight like 100 something so I don't think I could hurt them.

    Female customer here...

What makes a dancer stand out for me is pretty much what has been listed already.

She has got to have the smile and personality, look like she is enjoying herself, and do more than just slink all over the floor.

I remember a dancer once in Edmonton Canada and all she did was walk around the stage and roll on the floor. She looked like she didn't want to be there at all. She looked bored out of her mind and at times looked miserable.

When it came time for the Loonie game to win her promo no one wanted to play with her. Everyone at the tip rail was respectful from what I saw both during her stage time and when asked to play. However when she was denied the play for promo she threw a fit on stage and marched off in a most unbecoming manner.

Needless to say she only had a small handful in the club who dared take a VIP with her.

I've only had a lapdance/VIP from one dancer and she definitely set herself apart in my eyes. All the other girls were good but she was better.

She did the pole tricks and danced but she also had a playful sauciness. She made eye contact, winked, and surprised me by dancing to one song that was more mature than the usual club beats. She was also a total knock out!

It took me all night to finally work up the courage for my first lapdance and to choose the dancer I wanted.

My then fiance had to go and ask her for me as I was so bloody nervous and actually a little embarassed.

It was my first "sexual" situation with a woman and between nerves and the drinks I had trying to build up the courage I felt awkward and wierd.

However I realized how sexy and sensual a woman can be and found that twinge of being turned on by her dance. She helped me gain a little comfort during the dance even though I felt the wierd foolishness.

We went back to the club the following day and I asked her for another dance with less liquor in my system and I was more comfortable with it. We even exchanged emails after it was over and had a decent though brief conversation.

Her personality, dance, pole work, and in general the whole package made me choose her over the other dancers for a VIP.

To date she is still the only VIP I've taken but I have tipped other dancers at the rail that impressed my by their talent and personalities. (Yes and looks do count )

I also enjoy some mild flirtation at the tip rail...sometimes it works for the dancer as well to increase the tips from the men for the obvious reasons.
Be very careful if you make a woman cry, because God counts her tears. The woman came out of a man's rib. Not from his feet to be walked on. Not from his head to be superior, but from the side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved."
