    Default Trashy Halloween

OK, so, I WAS going to do the cat outfit but since its more or less an outfit that can only be work a week out of the year Ive changed. I really want something trashy tho - never bought Trashy stuff before.

So, Ive changed to this outfit

Its adorable and I can wear the top and bottom (minus the tutu) year round. Is this a better use of money over the kitty one?

Would you spend that much on an outfit that can be changed and worn year-round?

Edit: Id have to have the top altered to make it easier to take off/put on. Any ideas?

okay, i am a total sucker for this store. i will say that everything i have bought there is of awesome quality. they make EVERYTHING there. it is great.
the one thing i would warn you about, before you spend that much money on an outfit, is that the sizing there is weird. i have to corsets from that store. they are exactly the same, but different colors. however, i had to buy them in different sizes. i know that is weird. i never would have known that if i wasn't in the store to try it on. so anyhow, that is my only warning. i don't know that i would spend that much on a costume unless i was in the store to try it on. but besides that, there stuff is the best. i could get lost in that store for hours.

I just don't think that ballerina costume is worth the money. I've seen better costumes in halloween stores for under $60. The trashy one is very boring to me

You could probably even make it for less. I've seen tops like that in places like Wet Seal, Charlotte Russe, etc, and the skirt would be easy enough to find at any trendy store.

They are both cute, but both overpriced IMO. You can have something custom made for cheaper that what they are selling those outfits for.

I can't fathom ever spending as much as they want for any of their pieces. They are just too overpriced IMO. I mean, $45 for stripper panties and $125 for a mini-tutu, come on!

I think it's too much money to spend unless you're going to a really great Halloween party. I wouldn't bother for work. Especially when you can get the same thing (or better!) made totally custom for you for less money. But it is probably too late now to get a costume made, so...

Playboy has a line of costumes in the $120-150 range on 3wishes.net and other sites. They are really cute, and not quite as expensive.

^Oh I second the Playboy line.

I tried on the pirate costume, and it is amazing! So many costumes look great in pictures, but in person are cheap and crappy and uncomfortable.

This one was beautifully made, and looked smokin hot in person. Totally recommend the playboy costumes

yea trashy has cute stuff but its not the awesome quality it should be for the money...

i bought a corset for 250 from there last halloween and when i got it i was kind of let down by how cheap it looked, not to mention the 500 bucks in other random crap they sent me. i thought it would be a great costume piece and wonderfully made. it fell apart the first night i wore it (the little flowers all fell off and the lace ripped)i fixed it and its fine now but now i know what to expect from them.

maybe try something a bit cheaper to get a feel for how they produce there products?

I think you'd get more use out of the ballerina one than the kitty one. I like the ballerina top and panties, it's cute! The price isn't that bad...I looooooooove the Marie Antoinette (Holly Marie?) outfit but dropping $700+ isn't really in my budget right now. ha.
