    Default I'm a marshmallow!

    I switched a couple days ago to only eating veggies, trying to get some of the gunk out of my system. Judging by the size of my poo (TMI, I know) it's working. Problem? I'm super bloated. I look like a poofly jet puff marshmallow. Not in a cute way, either.

    How long til this goes away? Anything I can do to speed up the process?

    I've been eating TONS of raw carrots, sugar snap peas, apples with peanut butter, and not alot else (busy couple of days - raw food has no prep time! LOL) if that makes a difference.

    Please help me. I am not destined for this white poofy doom and it is making me want to quit even though I know I shouldn't.

    water pills...i love them. you will lose a few lbs in water weight. i always take them when i am on my period and they even help cramps.

    Try cutting down on the apples. I get poofy from apples. I think it's the fiber or something.

    Drink apple cider vinegar in water and jog/run daily. You have to get your system moving for it to clear out.

    Madmaxine is SO right on the ACD and exercise. Weight training helps get the gas out too!
