I switched a couple days ago to only eating veggies, trying to get some of the gunk out of my system. Judging by the size of my poo (TMI, I know) it's working. Problem? I'm super bloated. I look like a poofly jet puff marshmallow. Not in a cute way, either.
How long til this goes away? Anything I can do to speed up the process?
I've been eating TONS of raw carrots, sugar snap peas, apples with peanut butter, and not alot else (busy couple of days - raw food has no prep time! LOL) if that makes a difference.
Please help me. I am not destined for this white poofy doom and it is making me want to quit even though I know I shouldn't.
