ziplock baggies of any of the flollowing:
grapes
strawberries
raspberries
almonds
cashews
dried apricots
banana chips
apple chips
carrot slices
tomato slices
sweet potato (just nuke it and enjoy!)
spinage and deli slice roll ups
smooshed fruit bars
apples
bananas
rice cakes
peanut butter (for the banana or rice cakes)
nutrigrain bars (ya, not super healthy, but good for a quick bit of energy when you're starving and only have a second)
string cheese
yogurt
leftover chicken. drumsticks are especially good for on the go, just toss it in a plastic bag.
