    Default side stage tipping

    Hi-
I’m not sure if this topic has been covered before, but I haven’t been able to find a post answering this question. At this one SC I’ve been to there is the main stage and then there’s a side stage about five rows back. The dancers will usually do three songs per set. My friends and I usually sit at the tip rail or second row and always tip the dancer at the main stage per song. However, should we also get up from our seats and tip the dancer on the side stage behind us after each song finishes? I usually get up at the end of each set and tip the girl at the side stage. So my question is, is it proper etiquette if someone is sitting at the tip rail to tip the dancers at the side stages after each song or can the person wait until the dancer on the main stage finishes her set before tipping the other ladies? I hope my question wasn’t too confusing.

Hats off to you for having the concern of ettiquite in a strip club! If only every strip club patron had a similar sensibility. My club in Portland is set up very much like the description of the one you attend. I am of the opinion that if you are sitting at one stages tiprail for the entire 3 song set, that you need not get up and go to the stage of the girl whom you are not watching and tip. Hold up, hold up fellow dancers! Did she just say not tip?!!! Allow me to continue by adding that it is polite to awknowledge the other dancer between the songs by approaching the stage and offering her a tip. It's cool to toss her a 5 or $10 (or more if you are feeling especially generous). That way you are demonstrating your appreciation, but not feeling like you have to run over to her stage between EVERY song and give her a buck. Sometimes I get that treatment from guys that sit from a distance and it feels really good. It lets the dancer know that you are willing to compensate her for her effort of performing (even if it means that you are not right up on her rack, inches from the girly goods). it also inspires others to tip, which is always a delightful thing!

I have to tell you... SO many customers pay no mind to tipping anyone on other stages besides the girl whose rack is occupying them. Personally, if I go to the club as a patron, I ALWAYS made it a point to pay "homage" to all the dancers performing weather on a single stage or simulltaneously. It's refreshing to know that you are concerned with tipping everyone. Thank You for that! Keep it up and you will have to fight the ladies off!!
