I would like to confirm that it was the bald guy.

I would like to confirm that it was the bald guy.
Yeah, I sent those who asked PM's.. Not really sure why I felt the need to be decent and give the asshole some anonymity.![]()
I did follow the guy to the ATM, he gave me all he had in cash which was $100, then when we were in line to get the other $220 is when he walked over to the manager. Once the manager told me he'd take care of it, I went on stage. I probably should have just skipped stage looking back on it, but at that time of night I always make REALLY good money on stage because everybody is drunk and just giving away money, plus my manager said he would take care of the problem. You live and you learn!

whoops! would you like me to delete?
Where are the floor guys in your club? In a reputable club, a floor guy will be around and you can tell him, "that guy owes me 220, get it from him" and he'll do it. Of course you should tip him for it, but that is his job. Yes, you probably should have asked to be paid once the number started getting up there. I had a guy the other night get to 200 and I said, "we're at 200 now, is that ok?" to make sure he wasn't some idiot who can't multiply. My rule is that if it would ruin my night to lose the amount of money someone owes me, then I ask for it. That amount could be different for everyone.
The fact that your manager told you he would get the money and then didn't IS his fault, and yes, you should blame him and he should have at least apologized. Also, that customer should be banned from your club since he is a rip off artist.
We don't have floor guys... Just the dumbass managersNatalie, don't worry about deleting!
Dang, I'm sorry. I know who you're talking about, and I'm kinda surprised. I don't necessarily rely on the managers to help me out much, but I wouldn't expect to be screwed over by them, either. Especially the one you're talking about, I always thought was a pretty decent guy.
But yeah, I learned my second or third night that they won't get money back for you if a guy doesn't feel like paying it. I'm like Kaylinn, now. I follow the guy around, threaten to cry, and just generally make a pain out of myself until he pays. I hate doing it, but I hate losing money more.
That sucks. The whole former cop thing... obviously he has no integrity. Scumbag.
I just had a problem with one of my clubs choosing a $30 customer over me b/c I guess they need the business so bad.
So.... Just get started at the new club. Chalk it up to learning a lesson and go out and make your $$. That will make you feel better about the whole situation. To live well is the best revenge.
