Additional Information
I have only worked at this club for about a month now, but so far I am liking it. There are two general shifts M-F 11am-7pm and M-Sun 7pm-2am. For the day shift you pay the DJ 13 dollars and 3 dollars to the guy who walks you to your car, that is it. For the night shift it is 10 dollars house fee if you're there at 7, 10 to dj, additional 3 to dj if you are still there at close, 5 to house mom, and maybe 5 to the guy who walks you out.
Day shifts are slow, but depending on how many girls are there, it is fairly easy to make 100-200. Nights are better, especially weekends, and it seems that even though there are a lot of girls, money can be made. The annoying part is that a special is run every hour on the hour, and you pay the house 10 for each one (for example- tshirt and 3 dances for 20 dollars....you pay them 10 so you only make 10 dollars for 3 dances)
Club has one main stage. During the day, stage shows are 2 songs, your choice of music. On busy nights/weekends, two girls are on stage, one on the pole, one on the "back" stage (a long area with two stairs and side railings). Your song is played while you are on the pole.
Girls here are a little catty/seem to get in fights pretty often, probably because it is a small town club and they have gotten to know each other too well. I don't think it's too hard to stay out of if you stay above it.
The main problem I see with this club is that table dances are only 5 dollars, and dances in the back room are only 10. Unless you get regulars, it is hard to make a lot of money at this rate.
Dances are very low mileage, basically it's what you want to allow. It is a no contact club, but I've seen girls putting their breasts in men's faces, grinding, kissing customers, etc. If you don't encourage it, the customers don't seem to try to get grabby though.
Haven't had any problems with management yet, except for the fact that they seem to think it's ok to gossip about dancers with dancers. Security is non-existant during the day, but at night there are a few floor guys. That made me uneasy at first, but I haven't seen any problems yet.
