Additional Information
No audition, just sign a contract. No rap/R&B/only one pop song a night. Definitely a rock and roll club. As a traveler, this club was amazing to me, but if I were a local, it would be difficult to work here. Club opens at 5, but no one shows up until around 8. The club is fairly fine-happy. There was a page and a half in the contract dedicated to the list of fines, most of them hovering around $50, but a couple going up to $150. Shifts are 7 hours. At the end of your shift, there needs to be 8 girls still dancing in the club after you leave on the weekdays, and 12 girls remaining after you leave on the weekends, or you need to pay the fine to leave early, even if your shift was over an hour ago. Traveling dancers pay a flat $20 house fee +$15 DJ tip, regardless of when they come in. Otherwise, for the locals, house fees are fairly cheap. I danced here for about a month, and half way through I started coming in around 9 or 10 at night, since that's usually when people would *start* spending money. I was usually able to clear around $300-$400 a night working those hours. I made over $400 once, but if your hustle is good, it's definitely possible to make a habit of. I'm still fairly new to the world of dancing, so I know I have a lot to improve on, hustle wise. A bad night would usually yield around $200. I made under $200 twice, one of those nights being a Sunday and me leaving with less than $100. Sundays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays are amazingly slow. Sunday is the worst offender, with Wednesday coming second/being iffy (If Sunday was super slow, Wednesday should be alright-ish. If Sunday was okay, be ready for a dead as everything Wednesday. Everyone in this town goes to church, so be ready for it to show in the club.) and Tuesday being the best off of the slow days. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday are the best days, in that order. They do a $1 dance special at 1am on Saturday, though, so be prepared. The only way out of it is to be in VIP when it happens. If you're on stage, in the dressing room, or on your way to VIP, you'll be pulled aside for it. It's fairly hit and miss. It goes on for two songs, with the expectation being a ~5 second dance for $1. You can either make a quick $60 or spend two songs standing around waiting for someone, anyone, to hold up a dollar. If nothing else, there are the Slut Drinks. While you can't outright ask guys to buy you a drink, if they offer, you can request one of the slut drinks. Make sure to give the waitress your dancer name if you do. The girls or management can tell you more, but for each drink you order, you get $3 at the end of the night, referred to as your "slut money." On that note, the girls here are amazing. Everyone is sane and has each others back. Girls hustle for and with each other all the time. It's common for girls to encourage the guys to tip whoever's on stage, offering to carry the money up themselves. The flip side to this, and probably the reason they're so nice and not-crazy, is that they don't really leave town much. The dominant "hustle" here is for girls to sit on guys indefinitely until he asks them for a dance. That's the only real downside of a club with legitimately nice girls -- they're too nice to hustle hard/at all. Girls do name their own price for dances though. No one really buys or sells table dances, so it all more or less goes on in VIP. Prices I've heard have ranged from $20/dance to $35, with most girls charging $25. They have a CR here, but the club takes $150 for the hour, so factor that into your pricing decision. If you plan on being in town for a while, ask a manager about the points system. You can earn points through various methods and can cash them in for free outfits, shoes, or house.
