Additional Information
I worked a Saturday night here and didn't really like it. But it's the only club I've worked at in the state, so I don't have much to compare it to.
The management and staff were very nice and the dancers were extremely friendly. It's supposed to be very upscale for Portland, but it's certainly no Scores. It was pretty busy by later in the evening, but I never really saw all that many dances going on (with the exception of girls that had regulars). It was like pulling teeth--and I'm used to high-hustle clubs. The crowd was really pretty boring, mostly locals of a more blue-collar type than I would have expected.
For the night shift, you tip $20 to the house, a minimum $10 to the DJ, $10 to security, and $5 to the valet. There are four stages and sets are two songs. Nude no-contact dances are $20 and are done in a separate area.
My biggest complaint is that the music was unbearably loud. I had an awful headache after a few hours and my voice was shot the next day from yelling. It made it extremely difficult to have a conversation with any of the customers. I mean, I'm used to loud music in strip clubs, but this was ridiculous.
