I Just danced here Friday and Saturday night. It wasn't as busy as I would have hoped. But I still made good money compared to my home club, The Office in Medford. The girls were distant but eventually began speaking with me. Everyone was really nice and I had a good time working. I would like to go back in a couple of weeks.

Hiring Tips: Call to schedule audition
Additional Information
I worked at this club for a week and I really enjoyed it. I called ahead and explained that I would be in town for a week, and they told me to call when I get to Bend to schedule audition. The audition was simple. I just danced a normal set (2 songs: first topless, second nude) and then I started working my shift. Getting on the schedule was easy since they don't have many girls, especially during the week. Weekends bring more girls in. There is a lot of stage time here, especially earlier in the evening. When I started my shifts (4pm-12am) there were maybe 3-5 girls working, so you're on stage a lot. But you do make money on stage. Guys here actually understand the idea that if you're at the stage you should tip! And they tip well. Paris covered fees, so I'll skip that. There are 4 stages in all. The main stage is an octagon with one pole. Then there are 2 corner stages with no poles and one tiny (and I mean tiny) stage away from the main club area with a pole. During the day only the main stage is used. Weekday nights they use two stages and during the weekends all three, maybe four. You're only on one stage per set, so no moving between stages. You have to hustle to sell dances here since they are no contact. They're $20. I found it easier during the week when I could spend time with customers who would buy multiple dances. Weekends were crowded with younger guys and groups who didn't seem too interested in buying dances. Dances are done in a separate, small area. The bouncer stands there and will watch you if you are new. They don't allow any contact really. The guy cannot touch you at all. You can only touch their shoulders and knees. They have pretty strict instructions regarding exactly how dances are to be done. The air dancing was hard to get used to for me. They even had the doorgirl give me a demonstration on how I could dance - I must have done something wrong, but I had no idea what exactly it was. House girls definitely get more freedom with dances, but they were still air dances. The girls were pretty nice. Kind of aloof at first, but then they were friendly. The dressing room was huge. There is a bathroom with a shower, too. The only thing that I didn't like was the club layout. The stages are far away from the dressing room, the bar is really tiny, and so is the lap dance area. Another thing I didn't like was there is only one (stationary) pole. So between stage and selling dances I did pretty well. There is definitely money potential here, especially since there aren't too many girls. The trip was worth it, and I would definitely go back. I wish I lived closer so I could work there all the time!

This club is great for Oregon. The money is good and relatively easy. The ladies are SO sweet and not territorial AT ALL!!! Friendly girls and super friendly management that encourages out of town girls. The only thing that sucks is the selling of promotional stuff. If you're a hustler you will do well if not you won't lose money but you won't get rich either but if you are used to the clubs in Portland this is a refreshing change!

Worked at this club this week, and there is new management and one new DJ. Although many of the dancers were annoyed with the new DJ, I found him easy to work with and he really worked to find a nice music blend between what the dancer wanted to hear and what the crowd wanted to hear. The DJ did make some pretty cheesy comments, although not in a rude or gross way. Most of the dancers don't hustle in this club. So if you are a good hustler you can pull down some decent money. I saw 2 dancers on Friday night besides myself really working the crowd, and about 20 girls were working. We were totally packed with a line waiting to get in. The problem is that the dances are air dances enforced by the bouncers and management, so the guys rarely get more then one dance at a time. The house fees are between $0-25 depending on the shift. After a dancer has worked three shifts in one week, her fees are free for the rest of the week. Tip out is $10 minimum to the DJ and $10 minimum to the bouncers. I usually tip twice that or more if I have a good night. Many of the dancers tip only the minimum, so they will get very little help from the floormen in dance reccomendations. On the weekends this club does the "cattle call" promotions. For these promotions the dancers are required to dress a certian way, but usually not outside the normal wardrobe of most dancers (cocktail style dress, stockings or bikini). They also aren't real hard core about the dress code either, so if the dancer simply forgot to bring her cocktail dress, she won't be in trouble. Also the promotional features include merchandise sales (buy two dances and get the hat for free), but if you don't sell your feature, you simply turn it back in for credit (dancers are not out anything for not selling merchandise). I sold all three of my features both Saturday and Friday night. There are not promotions or features on the weeknights. Stage tipping is pretty consistant. The crowd is pretty fickle, and with 4 stages going on Friday and Saturday nights, you get a lot of customers hopping from one stage to another. On the slower nights usually only 2 stages are open. If you have any questions about this club that I didn't cover here, feel free to pm me.

I haven't been at this club in a while, but work at Star's Cabaret in Salem Oregon. I have spoken to girls who visit this club, and have heard that it is a shell of it's former self with management being held hostage by a half dozen dancers. Also, the club lost a very good manager at the end of 2002, and apparently the new manager is for sale as is the staff and DJ's. I will try working this club again soon, and will post my personal expeirence here. The rest of my post today is simply rumor, so if you want to work this club, go ahead and give it a try.

I have worked at this club twice. Both times the management was okay. Money was alright, but you have to hustle. Sometimes, it is hard to sell the "air" dances to travelers who are used to more contact. I did see some of the house girls giving more contact, but I suppose you need to be "in" with management and bouncers to do that, because if I or one of my travelling pals stepped too close, we got reprimanded immediately. I would say that with management, YMMV. Both times I worked there, the vibe from the house girls was not positive towards anyone visiting. Apparently, the club tries to attract more dancers for more variety and some of the house dancers resent this, thus taking it out on anyone working for a week or so. After going twice (first time was 11/2000) and having a worse experience the second time, I will NEVER go back. Not even if they paid me.

Originally reviewed by Vanilla_Dog Supposedly the classier club in central Oregon. Danced there in Oct of 2003. White collar clientele...golfers in summer skiers in winter. Bend is a resort town. No license required. Night shift requires dancer to pay $20-30 house fee plus mandatory $10 to the DJ plus mandatory $10 to the bouncer. They pack the girls in. The nights I worked they had at least 20 girls. EX: 20 dancers multiplied by $40 = $800 a night to the house and staff. Girls were walking with under $10 after paying off the house. No minimum wage. When I was there the DJ would not allow dancers to play Eminem or hip hop...called "crap music" by DJ. Tense atmosphere. Also... when they have too many girls club manager will make dancer a deal....you help him out and he will help you out. read between the lines. Lots of pretty girls but sadly many were unhappy. Do not cross management or you will be OUT. Oh...and NO...I would not return.

Originally reviewed by Rochelle This club can be very busy or very slow. Season seems to be from early spring to late fall, as Bend is a Golfing communtiy. This club is pretty nice with business late at night in the summer and earlier in the winter. They advertise a lot and get a pretty steady flow of customers. I worked there early last August, before another club opened up about 10 miles up the hwy. There are anywhere from 12-25 dancers working a night. There are three stages where girls dance two songs. The dancer on pole stage chooses the music. This is not a big money club but it is one of the best in Oregon in my opinion.
