Additional Information
I danced at Gin Mill in Bluff Siding, Wisconsin. The first thing you need to know about this place is it is way up in the boonies in the middle of a farm-like area. Another thing that is very important to know is that it is run by a motorcycle club called the Road Dogs. If you ask them what kind of club they are, they will tell you that they do things for the community, however, upon further inspection on the internet you'll see some seedy events here and there. Besides that, take one look at the graphics on the wall and you will note one of their graphics on the wall is a dog with a black eyepatch with the Nazi "SS" symbol. I can't make this shit up. The manager of the Gin Mill is Paws and he's laid back but difficult to understand when speaking to him. He has such difficulty booking dancers for Friday and Saturday that he pays $100 if you stay both days. No house fee besides a $15 fee off your first lap dance. You are free to create your own prices for lap dances as well as the kind of contact you prefer. It is a very laid back atmosphere. I was there on a Friday night and had promises of "dancerswealth" and that it gets busy by "insert time here". However, this turned out to be a lie. The place was dead and was filled with regulars and the men in the club. There probably weren't more than 8 people in the club at any one time. Because the atmosphere was so laid back, directions were really unclear as to what me and the only other dancer were supposed to do. This created an issue with the pretty bartender chick. She was a super bitch and acted like she ran the place and with a great amount of attitude told the other dancer to start dancing on stage. She could have had more tact and poise about it, considering she was a scowling bartender that thought she owned the place. In my opinion, if the managers are super chill with few rules, this does not give the bartender the right to suddenly make rules and run the place. Period. There wasn't a DJ, just a stereo system with typical old rock music or a new school jukebox. I don't think it would hurt them too much to install a decent sound system, a microphone, and make one of their "biker prospects" act as a DJ to help increase the mood and overwrite the bitch bartender's terrible attitude. It was just me and another dancer and we took awkward turns dancing to 3 or 4 songs on the stage with their tiny pole. The good part is the biker dudes that hang out and also run the club are very generous and have good disposable income. They threw out ones and fives and tens just to make sure we felt comfortable. That was the really good part of the night, the fact that I had to do zero hustling to make a worthwhile $194 bucks. Another awkward part of the night happened when a dancer from the 4mile club was off duty and came over to the Gin Mill and wanted to be the center of attention. Beware of her taking over the room, surprise surprise, she was friends with the bitch bartender. Hmm. At the end of the night, the bartender created the rule that they suddenly "keep your lapdance money" and your "drink money" until you return for a full shift on Saturday night. This was not told to me over th phone even though I asked plenty of questions to the manager. I thought this was extremely shady and cemented the fact that I hated the bartender. Thankfully, at the end of the night, I told them I wasn't returning for Saturday and the manager returned my money. Overall, this is a good club for new girls to start out at, however, be prepared to expect every man and their grandma to have "dancing advice" to help you. The only advice you need is from stripperweb and from the strippers working there themselves. Period. This would also be a great club for seasoned strippers that like the idea of no house fee and the $100 guaranteed for both nights that can deal with the weird atmosphere and the bullshit delivered from the bartender. Personally, I would have returned for Saturday if A. The bartender wasn't there B. There were more dancers than just me and another dancer C. Busier Positives: -Extremely chill manager -Set your own prices for lap dances -Set your own contact for lap dances -Great security -Bikers, regulars, and locals throw money at you just for showing up -Get $100 guaranteed if you go Friday and Saturday Negatives: -Bartender has a serious attitude issue -Biker club seems a bit shady and potentially racist -Not enough concrete rules--changing rules and regulations -Promised dancerswealth but it wasn't busy -Weird music system -Small pole
