I worked here for six months. They are picky about who they hire, the first two weeks I was only allowed to work weekends when they saw I was making money I was then able to work monday and tuesday and by the time I left I was starting to do the wed/thurs shift (even though they prefer boob jobs on those days, just the way it is..) The potential to make A LOT of money a night is there, the tip outs are huge, you're paying the make up artist(even if you don't use her), the club, the bouncers and I think the dj. Even after that you can have 2k night. But then you may have some shifts that you make 350 and have to tip out half or more. The girls are nice but I wasn't a big fan of the bouncers or most of the managers. This isn't a place to work if you don't thrive under pressure. Be ready for a meeting at 2am after a night of work. This club really taught me how to sell CRs and VIPs though, so that was a huge plus.

This club is alright to work.at. can't say its great or bad, just alright. I worked here 4 months on and off. There is a schedule requirement which deterred me from working more. MONEY is easily made if a girl can hold a conversation. They prefer tan girls. I am pale and told they would hire me if I went to a tan. No big tats, small tats are okay. The girls are nice but some are right out trying to rip you off. Lap dances suck#! 'I like contract dances and here its strict no touching policy. Champagne rooms.are pricy but for the right girl its worth every.penny!!

ive been working there for about 4-5 months. the club is very upscale and the are very picky about who they hire. im 5'9, 112lbs, very pretty european looking face, and small boobs which is why i think i got stuck with the day shift... it is 2 different clubs in there between day girls and night girls. the best shifts are mon, tues, wed, thurs, night and you have to have a perfect stripper look to get hired for these shifts (or asian) they do very well on those shifts. tip out is high at night and i hear stories about how high pressure the "floor hosts" (bouncers) are to get you to tip them. the day shift is pretty bad, ive had a great regular but if it weren't for him i wouldn't be there. champagne is where the money is, as lap dances are true air dances, and people rarely get more then 1-2. champagne is not so hard to get but you have to put in time and effort to do it during the day, which means you are just as likely to spend 45 min sweet talking some one for nothing, as you are to get them upstairs for the hour. the girls during the day are nice but very competitive. if you've been sitting with someone and leave to go on stage there is a good chance they will grab your seat and try hustling the guy even if it was obvious you left for the stage not cuz he wasn't interested. the management is nice but at this point im feeling pissed about the whole day shift thing so im not going to sing their praises. (what can i say im bitter) for a half hour champagne is 100 booth fee to the house and 150-250 for the girl depending on what you charge but everyone charges 250. then the hour is twice that. there are bottles to sell too instead of the fee if you want. the waitress will try to upsell the bottles. dress code is gown week nights, dress week day, 2 peice weekend.

Gown club. You NEED to sell champagne here in order to make money since the strict, no-contact air dances provide the same show one would get onstage. Audition was easy. Joe (the managers) is great, maintains a tight ship but is easy to get along with if you follow the rules. It's his manager that is a total turd. First and only club where I was told I needed to lose weight and was demoted to day shifts after I had worked two night shifts and sold champagne three times. Though dances were easy to sell, the business in the day sucked. One day I was there, it was just myself and one other dancer. They need to do something in terms of club promotion to get more business in there during the day. Management does not seem to realize that they're club business is not at the point where they can pick and choose which dancers work what shifts. Dancers obviously don't stick around if they are not making money and being placed on the day shift -well, that's exactly why I hit the dusty trail. The dancer turn-over rate here is HIGH -most don't like how stict and confined a club this is. The girls I worked with were very unhappy, complained a lot, and really resented management. Most of them were placed on day shifts as well for being "too heavy." The messed up thing was, NONE of those girls were even close to chubby! It is this places WARPED sense of the "ideal woman" is what sent me packing. Just because the manager does not prefer curvy (NOT fat) girls, does not mean that other guys do as well. If you actually prefer a more um..tight, stuffy unreasonable expectations-for-dancers club, this one is the one for YOU! My Centerfolds experience blew.

I am moving to Boston from Maryland and I was wondering if someone who currently works or has recently worked here could answer a few questions? At the club I currently work at down here the money is consistant. I know every night I work I will leave with no less than $500. I was wondering if this club was the same or is it an all or nothing type of situation? The place I currently work at - lap dances are easy to sell b/c they are what the name implies "lap" dances, you actually sit on the guys lap. Are air dances very hard to sell? Also what are the fees to work here and do you have to sell a certain amount of drinks per shift? Also what is the atmosphere among the girls? Is everyone friendly or is this a high drama club? Anyway if someone could answer these for me and /or add any other useful information that would be wonderful. Thanks ;D

i worked here for a little bit in the summer, two years ago. i found the managers to be really nice and the girls to be very attractive. the distance for the couch dances and all the rules makes it hard to be interesting. yet the vip wasn't too hard to sell, the guys have that kind of money. i liked that the schedule was on a weekly basis. probably a nightmare for management but great for dancers.

I worked at this club when they first opened in 2002 and they kindly paid my hotel tab while I was there. The club is nice and medium-large sized, three floors. There are some very pretty girls there (the girls on the website really work there and look better in person) and they can be picky about who they hire (or at least they were then; things could have changed). It's a gown club. Boston is a pretty conservative town for a stripclub, and it shows. While nude, the dances have to be done either 2 or 3 (can't remember which) feet away from the customer and there's a line on the floor. It is nearly impossible to sell dances on the floor. You HAVE to sell VIP to make any real money, but you do make a decent amount of money while on stage. The Platinum Lounge is on the third floor and it's just another room, basically. The line is still on the floor and you still have to dance miles away from the customer. There's softcore porn on a big flat screen television. The guys have to buy champagne and I think it works out so the dancer gets about $200/half hour. The customers are mostly white-collar business types, so it isn't that hard to sell VIP (though you have to try hard to be entertaining while you're up there to get them to buy more time). They now have an amateur night on Tuesdays with a $1000 prize, but they hadn't started when I was there. so I don't know much about it. Overall, a good club, but I don't like having to rely solely on the VIP to make money, because if you have a bad night and don't sell a VIP, you go home with nothing. This didn't happen to me while I was there, but I still prefer to rack up dances throughout the night as well. I don't think I would go back there just to work if I had to pay for my own hotel tab.
