Additional Information
You can make VERY good money at this club, but mostly only at the beginning of the year. I started here in 2010 and worked on and off for the last 8 years or so. I love this club because it's easy for me to make and keep my money compared to any other clubs I've worked at in California. A lot of girls travel here from LA and San Diego areas because their clubs suck and take like half your money. In the winter months, you can make over $1k on a regular basis. That's january-march -ish, not a very long season, but worth it if you like the weather and want a 3 month vacay paid for. With my bad nights included, I averaged about $700 a night in the busy season. It tapers down from there, April is pretty bad because of the festivals that go on, may isn't as bad as April, but by June it starts to die off very quickly and doesn't really show much promise until the weather starts to cool down again. Without the snow birds, the customers are usually Mexican (or some form of latino) - I usually stay away from them even though they beg for for dances because they want high mileage and a wife; and locals, which is a mixture of low and middle class white people, retired old farts and Latinos. They're hit or miss if you want to put up with it, I dont. In the winter season the snow birds come back and they're usually older white guys and hot bachelor Canadians with money who only visit when the weather is nice. I've hit a lot of gold mine's with these guys and made great customers. They don't expect much most of the time and will be more respectful. Don't fall in love. The girls can 've stand off ish at first because, you know it's a strip club, AND most of them travel so regardless if you're new or not if someone has never seen you before they're always going to assume you're new and ignore you. There's not a lot of cattiness but there have been fights and attitudes in the past like any other place. Strippers are crazy. The older girls are nice, and can have good advice and some interesting things to say if you have a chance to talk to them. There are lockers, but don't count on getting one if you haven't been there a while. They just remodeled the dressing room and are putting in cubbies or something. It's okay to leave your stuff out, this club doesn't have a lot of thieves from my experience since most girls are transient, there seems to be a mutual respect. But as always- carry your money on you and leave the important shit in your car. There are cameras everywhere, so be sure to follow the rules or you'll get called out, fined, or fired. Rules are kind of strict, and a lot, but it keeps the club clean and you don't need a license or finger printing done to work here. The main stage is attached to 2nd stage, one big stage. Stage money kinda sucks, but occasionally you get the guys that make it rain hundreds of dollars, usually only on the weekends. $15 dances on Mondays, $10 dances on Tuesdays, all day, every week. There are 2 VIP areas, one with a pole, tv, and shark tank, the other I'm a more secluded area with a glowing fish tank. VIP goes by time or per dance. Per dance you can make more money with less cut for the club, and you can set your own prices so long as you get your money up front and give the club the amount they have set. They will give you the difference ( your cut) when you finish your time, which is why I say get the money up front. I might have the numbers wrong, but if you do a half hour, you give the manager $240. When you finish, go back to the front door and collect your cut, $140, and the house take like 100 or something. So if you want to charge 300 for a half hour, pocket the extra 60 before you give them the money, and when your VIP time is over you can ask your customer for a tip (20% is customary) and bam, easy $260. Most clubs (not LA) you keep 200 for a have hour plus tips anyways, I only see it as fair to charge what you believe you are worth since you are a contractor. If you get caught up charging, you might get in trouble, so I always like to call it my tip =) DO NOT RUN CREDIT! Yes the atm has a $200 limit and a fee, but if your customer runs credit, he is going to pay more, you get less, and you can't charge what you want because the door person does the set prices for you. This club won't help you get your money, you have to do it yourself. But there's plenty to be made here during season so take advantage but don't screw people over. It's better to have a well paying customer who comes back to see you multiple times over weeks or years than to try and suck them dry in one night and make them feel scammed- that gives us strippers a bad rep. We are here for company and fun, and both parties deserve some level of respect =)
Good luck!
