Additional Information
Called in and said there was no auditions, and that Jeff just has to meet you in person and get your id. I imagine most body types would get hired here but almost all of the girls were trim at the least to very fit.
There are semi private lap dances in a dark, cushioned booth filled room set up in the back right of the club. Dances are 20 per song and each song is as long as it is recorded as. Dances were very easy to sell, however; several girls were upset with what they were earning "Idk what's going on" and "this is just horrible" Anyway the customers here are very relaxed and a "chill" easy going mood gets you a long way.
Lots of immediate sold types, good possibility of getting multiple dances (4+) tips not as popular it seems. Medium to high contact here but the guys respect your boundaries and Iowa law is almost "dancers discretion". Grinding is expected.
Management is friendly and helpful. They require you to wear band aid pasties and if you don't you are fined hefty fees. Some of the management can be testy but it seems that if you don't get in their way or be rude or drunk they are all very nice. You will have one and sometimes two managers, both run the place well. You will also have a doorman/ bouncer, a cocktail waitress, and a bartender.
The stage is large and mirrors are level with it around the entire club. It has a spinning pole maybe 10 ft. You are allowed to come down off of the tip rail onto customers Laos but you don't have to. Customers were a but granny but they are quick to reform. You will be dancing to 15 minutes worth of three or four songs you have selected and written down on a slip of paper before each stage set. The times you go up on stage are posted in the dressing room at the beginning of the night. These songs have to be on the same CD. Bring your own, house music is mostly lame. Just write down the numbers somewhere!
House fees are 20 dollars to be paid by 7 on. Shift starts at three. After that they go up but the are lenient here. The door man is tipped 5 dollars mandatory but he does a lot, takes covers, bounces, finds girls for stage, calls cabs, makes sure you have your music in on time... Lots. Nice guys full this position and sometimes sub in as bartenders when it's busier. Everyone behind the bar takes turns changing your music out.
So this place has potential for large earnings, plenty of whales and big fish. Happy hour is nice cheap giant draft beer glasses brings plenty of cheapsters but lots of nice regulars hang out at the end of the bar at this time. Happy hour lasts til 7.
Let's see what else, I'm the dressing room is narrow but there is room for 7 or 8 girls to comfortably get ready at the same time and many more lockers and plugs. Conveniently located right next to the stage steps. You can take a break after a few stage sets but u must be sure to be back in time for the next set. Leaving early brings hefty fines, but once you do your last set you can leave whenever you want to. No rap/hip-hop before 8.

This club is topless only w band aid pasties, full bar, outside smoking area, pool tables and a large stage. Great club for beginners or pros, really love it there. A clean, fun and well managed upscale dive bar with character, I would recommend this place again and again.
