I work there now. There are 5 dancers on day shift, and 14-17 on nights Shifts are 12-7pm, 7pm-12am, 9pm-2:30am.
This club charges a $10 house fee that is returned to the dancer on the fifth of the next month if she is on time, and doesn't call off for the entire month. (you get 2 lates/call offs per month before your house isn't returned)
This is the busiest club in the Eugene/Springfield Oregon area with a steady clientele of regulars as well as locals and traveling businessmen.
Management is nice, but is a little slow about getting schedules done on time, making dancers call in on the day she is supposed to work to find out her schedule.
There is a lot of money to be made on stage at this club, and the private dances are all air, so at least half of your income is coming from the stage. A dancer may take the stage as much as eight times in a shift.
Private dances are there, but a dancer must be a good hustler, and hustling from the tip rail is an absolute no-no.
There is no booking delay. A dancer may start working imedately after auditioning if there aren't enough dancers working that shift. Otherwise schedule requests must be in by Friday for the following week. Not a great club for traveling dancers as there is no advanced bookings.
I rated this club with only two stars because of the level of dressing room drama and the money isn't fantastic, I would say low to moderate earnings.
I am working here because it is the best in the area, but wouldn't recomend some one travel any distance to work here, but it is getting better here in the Eugene area.
