Additional Information
This is your best bet in Fairbanks. It's a decent enough club run by a woman; you have to clock in by 5 or 6 to work, 7 on the weekends; you can't be late and work. Work Monday and Tuesday and get free house on Tuesday, otherwise house is $25-$30 as Lena stated. You keep everything after that, no cut of dances is taken. Tipping the bar and DJ is good though not required -- there are girls who constantly stiff them.
Stage is nude (required) and table dances are done topless. Light to medium one-way contact allowed on dances, which are $20. There is a huge military presence in Fairbanks (Army and Air Force bases) which affects business a lot. I ran into military guys, oil workers, and miners, and lots of retired military guys who just loved Fairbanks and never wanted to leave.
There is dancer housing directly above the club for which they charge a few bucks a night. I do not know how I would feel about staying there after a brand new doorguy sexually assaulted a dancer there last winter -- he was of course fired and charges were pressed, but it turned out he had a rape arrest in his background that should have shown up if there was a background check. Make your own call after you check out the staff.
To get hired I showed up before the club opened for the night, about a quarter of 5, and talked to Connie, the owner. She'll need ID of course. You don't have to make a schedule.
I made pretty decent money there, averaging $500 a night, the week before Christmas. There were still some military guys in town, though, so I have no idea what it's like now. However, what Lena said is totally true; the hiring standards are so questionable that a pretty fresh face is always sure to do well.
