Additional Information
Wow, this club is really different from what I'm used to. It's a very small neighborhood bar about thirty minutes outside of Cincinnati. The stage is about 8' by 4' and the ceiling's barely 8' high, so there's not a lot you can do up there. Music is provided by a jukebox for which you hustle dollars from the customers. Lap dances are $15 and done in a little corner with benches. It is tiny!
The girls are mostly white but all ethnicities are represented. They're pretty cute for the most part and better than what you would expect for such a little club. You might have one or two who are big girls, but then have some perky little augmented blonde straight from Florida, so there is a range somewhere between 5-8.
One very unusual thing about this club is how cash is handled. You turn in all of your money to the bar; say, after stage or after a set of dances; and they give you receipts for your cash. Tipout is 20% of your gross and you tip the DJ 5% of your net (so out of every $100, the house takes $20 and the DJ gets $4). You won't leave in the hole as there's no flat fee. The waitress will ask any customer you're sitting with if he wants to buy you a drink, which is an $8 soda of which you get $2. Not a huge incentive for you and regulars will usually tell her, "Oh, no thanks, we're getting ready to go do some dances." Hustling the tip rail at the stage is fine; it's pretty much standard practice. But if a girl is having a drink with a customer you are supposed to leave him alone until she's done.
I'm not sure what the money potential is here as I've only worked a week and not had any stellar shifts. It is close to the casinos which I imagine helps business considerably on the weekends. Lap dances are one-way contact only; most girls grind a lot, and boobs in the face is standard. But if a guy's hands come off of the bench, the DJ is likely to say something. So basically the DJ announces your name and monitors the dance area, since he or she isn't playing any music.
Latex on the nipples is required. Someone will be nice and loan you hers or you can buy it from the office for $5. Anything goes dress-code wise. Most girls kick off their shoes to do lap dances.
The dressing room has no lockers, so use a locking suitcase or bag if you want to secure your stuff. Since the bar holds all of the money you won't have to worry about that being stolen--and they are pretty scrupulous about accouting for your money to the last dollar, no worries about that.
It's just so small! It's like someone retrofitted their basement into a strip club. It's clean, though, if an older building, and everyone seems pretty nice. An interesting little roadhouse kind of place.
I would not stop here for big traveling money, but I am sick of driving hundreds of miles every week from Cincinnati to work, so hopefully this will be a good local alternative. After a couple of weeks I will update about $$.
