Additional Information
I worked at this club from 2001-2006 and it was my home-base. I loved this club. It is an all-nude club, (mandatory nudity), and it's kind of known as a "cookie club." It is by far not an attractive looking club but there is excellent money-making potential here, espescially during the summer. There are four stages and during a busy night, all stages are open and you do dances in between. The club also has 2 pool rooms and a deck.
Due to the fact that this is Massachusetts, the dances are all air dances. It is very cut and dry, no one gets any advantage over anyone else and if they try, management is alerted and the dancer is terminated. The manager is very fair and if you want to remain on his good side, DON'T skip shifts, don't be late for stage, the do drugs or drink on the job or even ATTEMPT contact. He also cannot STAND drama and will not hire and/or will quickly weed out dancers who act "ghetto." This guy runs a pretty tight ship and will perform random drug/breathalizer tests on the girls of he suspects their breaking club rules. He does this because he can -it's the only club on Cape Cod and he knows the dancers make good money here.
Despite some of the strict rules, you actually get a lot of freedom at this club. If the manager likes you and the crowd responds well to you, you are typically allowed to schedule yourself for whatever shifts you like. You can schedule yourself for as many or as little shifts a week as you like. You can wear whatever you like at this club, and you can play whatever songs you like. You can go onstage barefoot, if you like. Tipout is a $20 minimun to the dj and you get paid $20 per shift. You can hustle dances, or just sit back and let the customers come to you. This was the only club I worked at where I did not hustle but still made money. The guys approach the girls for dances all of the time so it's definitely a low-key hustle club. I loved that.
Winters can be slow but are the optimum time to audition and secure your spot for the summertime. Summertime is crazy and always the best season due to the TONS of golfers and bachelor parties. The club can be packed and there is some pretty stuff competition among dancers. There is no champagne room at this club, but I still made more here than I did any other club. This is also a great place to establish regulars, I had a few good ones who saved me from many slow winter nights.
There is a pretty strong cameraderie amongst the dancers here. It takes quite awhile for them to warm up to newbies, but as long as your not trashy, dirty, a gossip, or a druggie you'll find that there's a pretty decent sisterhood there. Unfortunately, there was a pretty massive influx of younger dancers which changed the dynamics of the club the last time I was there. I won't go into it, but Zach's is not the way it used to be still, if you are friendly, attractive, and a good worker there is money to be made at this club.
