Additional Information
Now I have worked at the Paramount a grand total of 6 nights. The Paramount is not a place to pass through, that is work a couple shifts and go on your way. You must buy in to the feel and image of the Paramount. I had previously stayed away b/c I heard that the girls are all really young and there is a lot of drama. Of course, the only factual information about any strip club is that it is what you make of it. I give the staff high marks as well. I will give you concrete examples, b/c I am that kind of person. There are signs up in the dressing room and washroom giving appreciation to the dancers for their hard work. I recieved a call from a manager after my first week to check in with me and see how things were going at the Paramount. All rules are written down and adhered to from what I have seen. The why behind the what is always given. When you cash out at the end of the night you see your numbers and exactly why you are being charged. I came in late on Friday after someone hit my parked car and then I got lost driving. One of the managers told me to take the time I needed to be in the right state of mind for work and that he would put me on stage last. The servers are helpful- and that is important there.
As far as the money goes... dances are a pretty easy sell at 25 and sometimes 2 for one. There are also more private areas with more earning potential. If you are good at selling dances other places than you should have no problem at the Paramount. The sit and talk is important there, but it is rewarded. I have made easier money other places, but the Paramount suits me now. Slow nights 150-350, busy nights 250-600. I know there is a lot of variability in those numbers.
I copied this from nakedtruth.ca, but I did write it. PM me with questions. Per the other review, Fridays has been my best night by far 2 weeks in a row!
