I just got hired here so I can't say what the money is like yet but I heard they dont allow lapdances or table dances. This club is VERY small, and the dressing room is even smaller, 3 girls is probably the max that should ever be in there at once, its more like a dressing closet. Stage is also small af, poles are even short but they have spin well so thats nice. Most of the customers seem to be locals, I got tipped a few dollars on my audition but cant say if thats really enough to be worth getting covid since nobody wears masks. Youre required to carry yours around with you, if you are drinking or smoking or dancing you don't have to wear it so pretty much nobody does. They designate days for auditions so check their instagram for announcements if looking to get hired, they do responde to DMs. Be comfortable on stage or don't bother because that seems to be the only way to make money here so they won't hired girls who don't know at least a few tricks. Music was jukebox garbage when i got there. They do hire black dancers and other women of color, I'm white though so I can't speak for their experience. The hiring manager seems sweet, she was bartending when I got there.

Money at this club isnt that great...owner was very nice to me personally..but guys were lazy about tipping and that doesnt appeal to me

Clancy's is a small local bar. It is very nice, though, for its size. It's clean and very well kept :) The clientele is mixed--some blue collar,some businessmen, a LOT of young Navy guys ;) The girls wear bikini tops and booty shorts(boring!) If you are taller than 5'7" you might not want to work there because the ceiling is very low! I am only 5'3" and i could put my foot on the ceiling. There are no lap or table dances and tip money can only be placed on stage. Most of the girls are pretty and cool, but some of them have b**** tendencies and the owner is pure evil }:D The money there is pretty good as long as you work the later shifts or the weekends and there is no tipout!!! The shifts are 2hrs long doing 20 min sets.
