Selling dances: You have to hustle |
| Hiring Tips: pretty easy |
Additional Information
To get hired here you can do amateur night or just show up. I didn't have to audition and I haven't heard of anybody auditioning. It's a topless club with pretty much no dress code. House fee's are different if you are under 21. You pay $50, but you get a waitress (3.00/hr) paycheck. I'm not sure exactly what it is for dancers over 21, but it varies from what time you come in. Tipout is whatever you see fit to manager, minimum $5 to DJ and minimum $5 to whichever bouncer walks you to your car. There are 3 dressing rooms. Girls that have been there longest get full sized lockers, new girls get half lockers. There is a little costume shop but its very over priced. Good for thongs but an outfit that is $50 online is $90.
There is no schedual, no minimum shifts. Unfortunatly that means there are a ton of girls that work there and at any given time there will be way more girls than customers. Weekend nights get very busy, but there are alot of girls. You can make good money, but you have to hustle, hard. There is a champagne room. You can charge whatever you want for the hour, usually between $300-$500, and the guy has to buy a bottle starting at $230. They can be hard to sell sometimes because guys want their "moneys worth" and some girls give it to them.
Dances out back are $20. It' a big room with couches. Technically it's a no contact club (well you're only supposed to touch shoulders and knees), with a one foot on the floor rule, but rules aren't followed very closely. Expect to give at least some contact if you want to sell multiples.Otherwise the guy see's all the other girls doing it. Some girls also give way too much contact. I've seen dicks grabbed and nipples licked. They run 2 for 1 specials throughout the day and more at night. You can also sell table dances on the floor for $10 but most girls don't bother.
Stage is optional unless there aren't alot of girls. There is one main stage. During the day and well it's slow you do 2 songs on the mainstage. When it gets busier they open the 2 small satelitte stages and you do a song on each stage. Not a big stage tip club at all, unless it's really, really packed, then it's ok. But often guys wil just not sit at the stage and watch from afar. The DJ's are great ad are pretty open with playing music for you, as long as its not slow music.
There are 4 managers, 2 are really nice, ones kinda a dick but not that bad, and ones a real prick. Bouncers are all pretty cool and have always been there when I've had any issues.
There are some catty girls here, and no matter how hard you try you will most liekly end up on someones shitlist. Some girls that have been there for a while are just "too good" to even bother pretending you exist, but there are some really great girls there too. As long as you don't get too involved you don't have much to worry about, but there will always be some drama.
Over the summer I almost always made at least $400-$500 on a bad to ok night and $600-$1500 on a good night. Weekends were always great. I worked hard but it paid off. Lately (fall) it has been slow and even making $200 on a weeknight is hard work, and I was thrilled to leave with $500. Less customers, but just as many dancers. It may just be because its Maine and thats how most things are in the winter here.
It's a decent club as long as you can hustle.
