Selling dances: You have to hustle |
| Hiring Tips: Bring a gown, prepare to work after audition |
Additional Information
Audition: Try to come in around 7pm. Night shift is 7pm-2am. I don't know much about the day shift. 11:30am-7pm You will audition on the far corner satellite stage. If you can come in as a patron a few nights before, to check the place out first.. that might make the audition easier. I got reprimanded for taking tips during my audition. Up to you. I didn't know I wasn't allowed! After the audition I was whisked away to the back office to do the paperwork. Since I've started I've gone back to re-read the contract/rules because there were many and I was sick of getting reprimanded....LIKE you cannot carry a drink across the room. A customer or waitress must do it.
One main stage, three satellite stages.
Clothing:
Must own one beaded/sequined gown for "Full dress" When all the girls walk down and are introduced by the DJ (Thurs-Sat nights). And for anniversary party in November. Otherwise, those types and other gowns are okay. If above the knee, you must wear thigh highs.
Garters are to be worn for your money. They are supposed to be at your thigh, not your ankle.
During football season, wear NFL Jerseys/cheerleader outfits instead of gowns on Sunday and Monday nights.
Now Sundays are Lingerie nights.
Schedule and house fees:
If you work 3 days or less a week (Monday-Sunday), you pay $60 house fees the following week. Really, they prefer you to work 4 days and anything less than 3 is usually not permitted.
If you work 4 days: $45.
If you work 5 days: Free.
If you can't come in on a scheduled day you must call in!!! Or you will pay for the house fee for the date you were a "no-show".
You MUST walk down at 7pm. If you don't you have to pay an additional $15 house fee that night for being late. You must be there by 8pm for your shift to count.
TIP OUT: Usually a minimum of $35 per night.
Meeting: After the club closes. If you don't stay then it doesn't count as a worked shift...and you know what that means...higher fees the next week! This is when you get any "feature money" back, and I believe champagne commission.
Dances: $15 Table: ($10 on Sundays). NO CONTACT!!!!
$30 (House gets $10)Private dance room (couch room/VIP). CONTACT. How much? Depends on you but according to the contract: No touching the breast or genital areas. The new private dance room opened in December. It's really nice.
$300 is a half hour room in there: House gets $100
$600 is the hour room. Customer must be on the list. House gets $200
If you sell champagne, you get comission. (not for the cheaper stuff). I don't sell it so I am sorry I don't know much about it.
Golden dollars; If customer is out of $ and doesn't have an ATM card or doesn't know his pin number for the credit card, he can purchase Golden dollars. $15 increments. You turn these in at the end of the night and get $13.50 for each one. Sounds cheap but if TDH didn't offer it, the customer would go home and you'd loose out on $. Make sense? TDH has to pay credit card fees for this service, and we are reimbursing them basically. Tip the girls that "change you out".
Features: 7pm: TWO FOR ONE dances. Table or VIP
Then starting at 9pm, one every hour. 2 VIP dances for $40 (house gets $20) or two table for $30 (house gets $15) and a souvenier is given for both type of dances.
If you don't want to sell the features you can "BUY OUT" for $45. If you try to sell and don't sell, you must pay $5 per feature. This will be confusing, but if you sell 3, but not the other 2, you get your $10 back for the two ones you didn't sell. If you sell ALL 5, you get no money back because you made a profit. If you sell one, you basically "break even" and don't get any money, but you don't loose any.
Music: DJ's are receptive to your tastes and requests. You can bring in your own.
If you are feature entertainer you can wear other costumes and do floor work.
Bouncers, waitresses, bartenders: Pretty cool.
Dance style: Strutting mostly. Little pole work. Not supposed to do pole work on side stages (not stable) Not allowed to get on floor!
Feel free to PM me.
