I started there around 2010-2011 (having to do 1 shift a week at SQ if you work at GB). It was a clean club when I started there. Then I saw the money go down drastically and the owner allowing drugged up girls to do whatever in the 2/$50 room. My last night there, the cow next to me started fucking her customer, left him and went up on stage to do her show. Totally disgusting. Saw another girl, legs wide open, guy drilling 2 fingers into her. I was out of there.

This club is mainly stage money, though you can offer VIPs and CRs. People come into spend, so if you hustle you can have great nights here. The day shifts are ALWAYS dead, but working there you have to do one of two a month. The tipout is 70 and 100 on weekends. Very worth it.

I stayed at the Squire for two nights. The audition was easy and the manager wanted to put me on right away. The stage lights are RIDICULOUSLY bright. The girls were pretty friendly and helped me out learning the rules the nights I was there and the dressing room is great; arrive early and you get your own mirror, sink and closet. I've never worked at a club with a more expansive dressing room. Very comfy. Upon hearing that tipout was only to the dj ($10) I was thrilled but soon learned why the tipout is so low: for every $30 private dance you do, the club takes out $15. The second night I was there I felt like I had done a TON of dances but had only earned $150! That means I made $150 for the club too. I've never worked at a club that took this much out of their employees earnings, and after taxes, this sh*t just aint worth it. Call me spoiled but I've always worked clubs where dances are $20 and you keep $20, and tip out is a whole seperate issue. The second night, before I walked out, they called the manager who tried to get me to stay but (at the request of the other dancers too) I told her that to deduct HALF of what a girl makes off of every dance is ridiculous. Owner replied, "but haven't you ever worked at a club where they have a stage fee or a house fee?" I responded that I had worked both, but the difference was being after I paid that set fee, the club STOPPED taking money from me, but here as many dances as you do, the Squire will keep dipping wayyyy into your earnings. I've heard that money has consistently declined here. Different dancers told me different things. Some girls DO make money here, but they said thery do a sh*tload of dances. I left one night with $180, the next with $70. Too much for too little at this club IMHO.

I have heard that this club has gone downhill, and it's really too bad. The money here was not great, but it was the nicest working atmosphere of anywhere. There were about 10 house girls working per night. Each of us had our own full sized closet for costumes, and sink and counter and mirror space. We went on for about 4 or 5 sets (20 min) per night. No table dances back then, but now I guess they have them. Money was only 3-500, but it was extremely low stress. Girls got along for the most part, and you could play your own music. Instead of a tip out, we got paid 25 per night. In between sets, you could hang in the dressing room and read... or sit at bar. I have no idea how it is now though. I have been checking out stripclublist.com and it makes it sound as if the girls are fat and ugly now, and that the club takes half of table dance revenue.
