This club is off the railroad tracks in the middle of nowhere. However, the closest other strip clubs are 3 hours away.
Staff: This is a family owned bar. The family has been in this industry for years either as dancers themselves or club owner. The owner's wife is so cute. The daughters run the bar and they are the contact for travelers. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The DJ (a woman!) encourages the crowd to tip and explains the rules over the mic. The bouncer is a woman too, but I will admit, she had me fooled for a second.
Stage: Lesbian acts on stage are strongly discouraged. 2 stages, one main w/ a pole; the second one is in the back and mostly inactive. There is a step down area/table surrounding the runway- room enough for girls to dance VERY close. Girls are allowed to step off the stage and dance on customers (I have noticed the dancers DO NOT make more tips this way). Customers are allowed to lay back onto the end of the stage for the dancer to perform ON them. (I don't recommend prolonging this act- unless you are seeing more money from this, otherwise, that customer should be paying for private dances instead.) It is however, entertaining to watch, because it does get carried away. Tips are decent on stage.
Private dance and tip-out: The "hands-behind-your-back" policy, no licking, kissing, biting, poking, prodding etc. The vajayjay must be 6 inches away from customer, but I don't see that heavily enforces. SMALL private dance area, 1 armchair and a couch. Maximum 4 guests allowed. There is a camera in this room. Sorry, no VIP or off-the-list opportunity. $20 for customer, paid to the door person. The club keeps $5 and hands you a ticket. Tickets are collected at the end of the night and reimbursed back to dancer. Stage fee is taken out at this point, which is based on how many customers come in. So stage fees can range from $5-$40. Tip out DJ and each employee (2 or 3) $5 each on weeknights, $10 each on weekends (this is separate from the stage fee). It is not likely that anyone will "BANK" here due to the limited money making opportunities. But there is potential if the owners realize more incentives=more quality dancers=more customers. The folks working around here definitely make a good living.
Clientelle: Locals, engineers, railroad employees, coal miners and OIL RIG WORKERS!!! Mostly white, an occasional Mejicano and I have yet to see a black person in this town. But don't let that discourage anybody, this club has a good handle on its patrons and I feel they will not put up with any discrimination. A handful of female patrons. The bar is dead for the first few house as expected. It has not gotten packed that I seen, but I have been told they can get slammed on the weekends. No regulars that I noticed other than friends of the family.
House Dancers: Friendly and welcoming. More party-girls and social butterflies than hustlers. I spotted only two girls seriously hustling. Two G-string, butt-cheekies must be covered while on the floor. No '10s', but a couple 7/8s that could be 10s if they wanted to be. Dancers must be in by 7pm, ready by 7:30.
