Additional Information
This is by far the best place to work at in Utah, and I have heard some girls say it is one of the best clubs to work at period. Many have been there years, due to how great it is. The management is wonderful, especially if you don't give them a lot of attitude. They're generally very understanding and helpful when you really need it. The fees are reasonable for how much you should be earning ($35 night shift + $5 for every 10 minutes you're late).
They have a main stage and a second stage (which rarely gets used as of late). When on the main stage, you are expected to get up close and personal with customers at the tip rail, for their cash. Stage is mostly about the floor work, though they have a sturdy pole as well and quite a few great-amazing pole performers. If you do not do much on the pole this will not hurt your money at ALL. However, they do tend to book too many girls most nights, so if it's slow money is tight. Money from stage is USUALLY fairly minimal - apparently it used to be amazing - averaging anywhere from $5-$20 per stage... though I have made $0 from a stage and I've also made $100+ from stage. We do a tip walk, usually making about $1 per customer after doing stage, which helps earnings significantly.
Making money here is all about selling lap and private dances. This does require a bit of hustle (especially in this economic climate). Lap are $20/song, privates start at approx. $100/half hour tip (+$45 to the club). The atmosphere is a little more laid back than other clubs, and customers seem to want you to get to know them a bit (try not to "wanna dance?" here). Customers do seem to expect a little more contact than most clubs - because they get it here - though we keep our clothes on which helps a lot. In private dances you still keep your clothes on, but some guys expect to be able to take their shirts off.
Money making potential here is extremely good, especially when compared to other clubs. I make an average of $400-500 weeknights, and $600-800 weekends. The least I've ever made on a night here was about $200 after tip out, most was $1200. The money is consistently great here and it makes me not want to move away and work elsewhere.
On top of all these great things the girls who work here are all pretty high quality. There's little drama (not none) because management makes an effort to squash most problems. It is a very 'clean' club. The only times I have seen drugs here is when customers brought them in. And extras are rarely if ever heard of because management tries to be on top of them.
I'm not going to claim it's a perfect club, but it's probably the closest to perfect that I will ever hope to work at and I highly recommend it. I seriously love working here. Favorite job ever.
Wow this was a long review... hope it helps!
