Additional Information
That last review was mine as well, here's an update!
This is a really nice club to work at.
Managers and staff are super reasonable, and the floor guys can really help. It's very easy to sell here, dances and vip rooms.
VIP rooms are sold by time, 1/2 hour is 150$, dancer keeps 50. I get tipped for almost every room I do, so there is the possibility to make big money.
Dances are 20$ each, done on the main floor (really nice, b/c you don't have to wait for booth!, and it's advertisement for other guys!).
All dances are "no contact", which really means low contact. I let guys touch my legs ( not thighs) and arms. I touch them, like running my hands up his chest. But there is no grinding. I put my boobs in his face, but I'm always about a few inches away, new skin to skin. It's really nice like that.
And unlike in most no contact, it's easy to sell. It's full nude, full acohol, smoking allowed, and it's the only club like that in about 200 miles, so people come from all around (tampa, orlando, naples) we also have tons of golfers, pro sports players, and business men.
Season is nov-mid april.
You go on stage about 1x an hour, for 3 songs. you need 5$ for your top, 5$ more for the bottoms, so you're not giving it away for free. 20$ fee each time to get off stage, but I've said, hey, can I stay off for the rest of the night and given the dj 50$ for 3-4 sets a few times. But stage can be very profetable, so I only do that rarely. No floor work, and you can't really spread your legs too far. No pole either, the stages are like catwalks. I'd say the average set is 15-50$. And I get some pretty good requests when guys see me up there, so again, advertisement.
We have a new GM, Dennis, and he's really doing some good things for the club So far we've had remodeling (new carpets, chairs, awesome lighting and new speakers, a new big champagne room for high rollers, the dressing room was redone, cameras installed, just tons of stuff), promotions (feature dancers, free drinks, drink specials, balloon drops, radio promotions, events), recently lowered house fees, we finally got a house mom, Dawn, and she's great!
Tip out is now 10$ house on the floor before 8, 5$ to the house mom and each of the floor guys (1-2), 15$ to the dj, 10$ to management
Dress code is still pretty lax, but somehow it stays upscale. I wear a lot of little outfits and some dresses/gowns ocassionally. It has to be dancer appropriate clothing, no street or torn up shit.
Dennis, Cord and Carl (the night managers) have really been cracking down on BS, dirty girls, and drugs. It's sooooo appriciated! If you get cought with drugs expect a public humiliation, and the cops. And dirty girls get pulled right out of the room, never to return. There is no schedule, but there are mandatory quarterly meeting for our liquor liscense and mandatory ama night once a month. expect a fine if you don't show or call. I think it's 50$, but it might be more....
We do 4 features a night, put a 241 at shift change. The features are 30$ for 2 songs, they get a promo item. 15$ to the club. Most guys pay 40$ for it, so you keep 25$. I see it as my way to make tip out. Then I get to keep all my dance and stage money.
our customer base is diverse. most of them are out of towners, on business or golfing. We get tots of sports figures, what with spring training and such. Then we have a lot of regulars and locals. Couples get in free,, so there are (imo) too many. We get all ethnicities, but I'd say it's over 80% upper middle class white guys.
Now, what everyone really wants to know, money potential. Well it varys a lot. You need to know how to ask for tips, here that's crucial, b/c our vips are pretty cheap, respectively. In season, an average week night is 500ish, and a weekend night about 800. The rest of the year is about 300 weekdays, 550 weekends. Asking for tips and selling rooms alot can double those numbers though. You need to hustle to do really well here.
oh, and if you come in, send me a PM!!!! I'd love to meet you lovely ladies! My stage name, for the time being, is Honey.
