Additional Information
I worked at this dreadful little place for a few months in 2002. It’s in the sex boutique downstairs from a Déjà Vu strip club. It’s a peep show kind of set-up. You were required to be on the ‘main stage’ with multiple windows for a half hour with no option of collecting tips and no stage pay. You could try to hustle customers for a private show if any showed up at the stage, but this was extremely infrequent. The other half hour you could hustle customers who came into the boutique or were on their way to up the actual club – also not plentiful. The private shows were in one-on-one booths. It was twenty dollars for a basic show, which was a few minutes or maybe more – I can’t remember, and the club took half. Generally, you charged more for a masturbation show or any kind of specialty show – the customer put that in the tip slot and you kept all of it. The house fee was fifty, but if you showed up on time and didn’t leave early it was twenty. The money was terrible, and they kept the door open, so you were standing around freezing while you hustled, or waited to hustle. The management was, with a few exceptions, fairly ass-ish, unless you made it clear, firmly and politely, that you wouldn’t stand for it. The last two days I worked there I left with nothing, and that was it for me. Go to the Lusty Lady instead; it’s a completely different kind of peep show.

Dear Lord, save us from those thy children who speak without thought, and protect them also from the rotten tomatoes they shall thereafter receive in the kisser.
