Additional Information
My ratings are biased, based on extensive experience in other cities. This is probably the best place in Seattle to work, which isn't saying much. The strip club scene here definitely is lacking. Contact expectations are high, customer base is low, house fees are ridiculous.
All that said, for Seattle, this is a pretty good place to work. It is cleaner than other clubs, and there is a decent client base despite the fact that other clubs offer much more mileage during "dances". The customers who come in, mostly buy dances.
The general manager seems to be an experienced manager and fair-minded - he has been nothing but nice and professional to me, and he does not accept tips.
The male staff have been good, the main floorman in particular has been very helpful. The DJ is experienced and has been totally professional with me as well. Tip these guys and they treat you very well.
You can bring in your own music but DJ has to wait until the end of the shift to load it on the computer so you'll have to use the club's selection your first night - they do have a decent popular selection. On busy nights there are so many girls you will only go on stage once or twice per shift.
There are a TON of girls. Like 2-3 girls per customer, even on busy shifts. There is pretty good customer turnover though, so there's almost always a fresh group of targets. You have to REALLY get your hustle on to make money here. If you are not on the ball at all times, you will miss out. With a $120 house fee and no VIP room, you have to work hard to make a decent profit.
Many customers wait until they see you on stage to buy dances, so stage is fairly important even though you don't make money on stage. If you can hustle though, you can get buyers without them having seen you on stage. You have to HUSTLE. This is definitely not a place for beginners - newbies will not make money here.
Dances are very grindy, and some girls are definitely doing more than just grinding. I don't see any serious extras, but the contact is definitely high. Some guys are extremely grabby, some are not at all. If you can deal with the grabby ones and control them while doing a good dance, they will almost always buy at least 2, and they almost always buy 3-5.
The hourly specials are annoying, but management is pretty lax about enforcing the standard Deja Vu special crap. If you are a girl who does not start trouble, does not try to bullshit customers on the dance count, shows up to work, pays the fees and tips decent, you will have no trouble here. If you are a trouble-maker, bullshit guys on the dance count (and therefore have lots of disputes with customers), don't make your house fees or don't show up for your scheduled shifts (you can choose), you will be fined heavily by management. Bottom line: be professional and do your job, and everything will be fine.
I can't stress this enough: YOU WILL HAVE TO KNOW HOW TO HUSTLE WELL TO MAKE ANY MONEY HERE.
