Additional Information
I have been working here for two years. The club has a very stripper ran mentality. Honestly once you have any time put in there or any strong connections with girls who have been there a long time, you can work pretty much when you want.
The house fees are reasonable. They are also variant by day and time arrived at work. Currently on July 16, 2006 it works as follows. Sun- free if dressed and on floor by 6 pm, $40 after that. Mon, Tues, Wed, - free if dressed and ready by noon for day shift, $20 if dressed and ready by 7 pm. $40 anytime after that. Thurs, Fri- free if dressed and ready by noon for day shift, $25 dressed and ready by 7 pm, $65 after that. Saturday- $25 if dressed and on the floor by 6 pm, $65 after that.
The club wants you to be on schedule to work three shifts a week all though the enforcement of such is very loose despite frequent efforts to tighten things down. They also want you to work 8 hr shifts, enforcement of this is also shakey at best.
The djs are all pretty easy to work with all though the club does maintain an anti- r&b and rap policy which tends to upset a lot of dancers. This policy is laxed a little in the last couple hours of the night. Please tip them 10%. Many of our girls are not very nice about tipping them and they really do work hard for us.
As far as customer base goes, the club is never really crowded until rather late at night. There is however almost always a definate potential to make money if you are willing to talk and work. The club has a very laid back atmosphere and very few girls are likely to attempt to demand dances from customers. The dances are $20 per song and all done in little cubicles. There are cameras for each cubicles and bouncers will come check on you if the people in security report anything against the rules going on. There are also champagne rooms which the club charges a fee to the customer for and then the dancer charges her own fee, which varies.
The rules are rather strict. You can only be topless on a stage by yourself. If anyone else is on the stage tops must be on. During lap dances tops must be on. You can dance on customers laps but grinding is prohibited. The customers have to keep their hands to themselves during dances. When topless on stage the customers can not touch you. These rules orient around the local laws and if you break them you can get arrested. That being said, the local laws make it hard to compete with the anything goes clubs in dallas. We got a lot of dfw people in the club due to our casino side location and their tendency to come over to gamble. They tend to expect more than any locals.
However, this is the club you should work at if u want to work in Shreveport Bossier. It is by far the largest, classiest, most profitable place to work.
Oh and stage tips here are pretty high.
