Additional Information
The club is small but has a beautiful stage with the best lighting of any club I've ever worked at. Stage money is ok ($50-100/night) and some guys will make it rain. During the week there was 8-10 girls a night and a few more on the weekend. You go on stage often and either pick your songs with a jukebox early in the night or on a computer system later in the night. There is a "DJ" on the weekend that enters your music for you into the computer system. The dressing room is roomy with each girl getting their own mirror and desk space. The girls were extremely friendly as were the managers and the owner. I received a $400/week base pay after the shift on Saturday night. I believe the base amount depends on how far you travel.
As far as the customers and dances go, it is a difficult club. The dances are $20/song and there is no VIP room. Five dollars from your first dance goes to the club but you keep additional full $20 off of additional dances after the first one. The problem is most guys do ONE dance and act like they did you a big favor. Also, I ask for tips and got maybe a total of $10- ALL WEEK. I just don't think these guys have a lot of money to spend. There was girls that were getting multiple dances but they were from their regulars. The club feels like a hang out club where the house girls sit with their regulars a longtime and get a few dances from them. On the weekends I did get multiple dances at the end of the night.
The tip out is low. I think $25 night and goes down to I believe zero if you do 10 couch dances. None of the staff expects tips but appreciates them of course.
Overall, if you factor in the base pay and how friendly the staff was, I'd try it again. Plus I loved feeling so pretty on stage. When I was there I was told that a license was no longer needed but it sounded like the courts were debating so that could have changed.
Also, if you want to drink be prepared to buy your own. Most guys wouldn't offer or want to if I asked for a drink.
