Additional Information
Ok, where to begin...I've been here for just about a year (l came from Dream Girls after being there for 3 1/2 years-so it took a lot for me to leave . I will review DGs at a later time)
The club has been entirely remodeled. Two stages, one of which is a shower stage. The stages tend to be on the small side, however they are workable. Dressing room is definitely on the small side, but the girls have their own bathroom in it as well as a shower. 6 VIP rooms that have leather "loveseats" in them with curtains for privacy. Depending on the amount of girls on, stage sets are usually 3 songs (occassionaly knocked down to 2). Because of the way the club is set up (most seating at the stage) tipping on stage usually isn't a problem.
This club takes the least amount of money from you out of all of the local clubs that I know of. (one of the main deciding factors getting me to change clubs) VIP dances are $20/song.
How it works is that your first three dances of the night (whether it be with one customer or 3 separate ones) are paid to the club in exchange for tickets. ($60) At the end of the night, when you cash in your tickets, you get $20 back. So in essence the club is "taking" $40 from you. The rest of the money you make for the night is YOURS. Now here is the kicker, out of that $40 they took from you for that night and any other shifts you work is combined monthly-and once a month you get a check in the mail. I haven't figured out the equation on the checks, but working 4 shifts a week, the mothly check is about $110 AFTER taxes. Yep, taxes-which include DISABILITY INSURANCE. (Granted it won't include the money you make off of your dances.. but still)
Ok, back on track. So the club kinda takes $40/shift from you-that's it. All other VIP money/tips are yours. Now for tipouts:
Weekdays:
$5 min to DJ
$5 min to Bouncer
Weeknights/Weekend Days:
$8 min to DJ
$5 min to Bouncer
Weekend Nights:
$15 min to DJ
$10 min to Bouncer.
That is all the "fees". To this day, there are no fines. You are expected to call if you're going to be late/not show.
Day shift is 4pm- 9pm on weekdays, 4pm-10pm on Fri/Sat (club is closed on Sundays)
Night shift is 9pm-2am on weeknights, 10pm-4am on Fri/Sat.
Management is very easy to work with. Respect them, they respect you, very simple.
Crowd is pretty typical of this area, generally older guys during the week, younger ones on weekends. Club has been on the slow side lately=but they all have been due to nasty weather.
VIP dances are light to medium contact depending on the dancer's comfort level (NO pressure from mangement whatsoever). You can choose to allow touching (of areas that aren't covered by a thong) or not. Dancer's choice.
I think I've just about covered it :) In any case, I'm definitely happy with my move to this club.
