Additional Information
i worked here on a tuesday which is suppose to be a good night. i was on the floor by 9 but there weren't any customers on the floor so i sat and waited at the bar. i had never worked a NJ club before and asked the manager for a breakdown of the rules which he told me i needed to wait for the owner because he forgot because he was out on vacation and just returned. so after a hour a group of 3 guys came in and i got on stage first, i started dancing and the guys were enjoying it then i took off my top. the manager literally almost pushed me off the stage and yelled at me in front of the customers which i did not like since i had asked for a breakdown of the rules prior. in NYC where i have worked, your top has to come off so it was a honest mistake. i just wish he would have explained things to me, and yes he knew it was my first jersey club. as far as the other dancers they weren't the friendliest and a few of them were loud talking in the dressing room to each other and i can see out the corner of my eyes i had a few looking at me here and there. i didn't talk to any of the dancers but they seem a bit shady to me, but what club doesn't have shady dancers right? getting onto the money, i did horrible, this was the second time in my career i broke even or just didn't make enough for even a cab. there wasn't a lot of big spenders that night but i did have a lot of drinks bought for me. all i went home with was $50, which i only had because they waived the house fee the first night which i think was 45. so had i have to pay the fee i would have broke even.... the club itself is ok looking. you have a private lap dance area then the vip rooms upstairs. i honestly did not see one girl go into the lap dance room which made me feel like you make your money on stage here or just begging for tips...maybe its better here on the weekend but honestly after the vibe i got from that place i didn't want to waste another night and i just go work in NYC, even tho coming from jersey can be a pain sometimes...
