Additional Information
My fave moved here from the Living Room so obviously I've had reason to visit at Cheeks recently. It's a very spacious and clean club. It's so spacious, in fact, that it often seems less busy than it really is. I enjoy the open floorplan, personally. I hate having a table parked right up against mine...that's annoying. The bar is full service and they offer food as well (hamburgers, chicken sandwiches etc). I don't go to a strip club to eat but I hear the food is good.
The clientel typically seems to be the golf shirt/khaki pants crowd (me included), at least during the earlier part of the shifts...say 4 to 8 or so. The late shift draws more younger guys, particularly on Friday and Saturday nights. Since they serve alcohol, 21 is the minimum age for admittance. I've seen them check ID at the door so underage patrons would likely be kicked to the curb unless they have a damn good fake ID.
I haven't quite figured out the onstage routines. Sometimes, there's one dancer up, sometimes two. Sometimes the ladies dance to one song, sometimes two. I'm sure there's a method to their madness, but I haven't figured it out yet. The stage itself is very large so, truthfully, two dancers on stage doesn't make it crowded at all. The only thing I don't like about it is when my fave is working the back half of the stage, I have to walk a mile to tip her. Oh well, WTH, she's worth it LOL
For you guys that love more "bang for your buck" (no pun intended), the DJ's do frequent two-for-ones. Some of the dancers dislike this policy but my fave has the opposite viewpoint. She sees it as a great sales tool and more often than not can get the customers to stay on the couch for at least another dance or two. I've noticed that a lot of the patrons wait for the two-for-ones before buying dances. This creates a situation where the ladies have to hustle to get dances during the regular time but are almost always booked up during two-for-ones. With that in mind, if you see a dancer you like and want to hit the couch area with, it's a good idea to go up to her on the stage right away so you can get your "order" in. If you wait around, it's likely she'll be spoken for on the next 2-fer and maybe beyond that if she can sell more dances or a VIP.
Speaking of the VIP, I've never done one and, frankly, most likely won't. But the dancers love them so be prepared to be hit up. As I understand it, the club minimum price is $200 per half hour. The dancer keeps $150 and the club gets $50. You have the dancer's undivided attention for a half-hour and I'm sure most will dance that entire time if you want them to. Alternatively, if you want to just sit and shoot the bull that would work too. I guess its up to the customer to decide if the ROI works for him.
Overall club LD mileage is light to medium. Raincoaters would be disappointed but I think the average strip club patron wouldn't be too dissatisfied. The gals are attractive so that helps...Ive only seen one dancer who made me think "What the hell is she doing dancing?" There is the usual percentage of enhancements to natural (about 75% fake, 25% real) so I don't think a customer would have a problem finding what suits him. Personality-wise, the attitudes are all over the place but I don't think that's much different than any club. Again, depending what you are looking for (a lot of guys would just as soon the dancer not say a word anyway), you should be able to find a lady to hang out with that meets your "standards".
The club is a little wierd to get to. You have to go west off of I-75 at the Centerville-Miamisburg exit (SR725) which is just south of Dayton. You'll see Cheeks off to the right within a quarter mile or so. It sits down in a gully but you can't miss it. You have to go just past the building and turn right at the first small street you come to. Take that street til it dead ends and turn right again, heading back east. Just a stones throw from there you have to pull into their back parking lot. This is the customer entrance. The entrance fronting SR725 is for dancer parking and entry only. If you miss the small street mentioned above, just go to next light, turn right and then right again at the light. Or better yet, just print a map off of MapQuest.
All in all, a nice club, definitely near the top as far as the Dayton area is concerned. Not super high mileage (which is not really available here anyway) but a nice atmosphere where you won't have to watch your back all the time. That, plus pretty women who want your business, puts it high on my list.
