I worked here for two weeks so I got a good feel for what New Orleans was about. It’s a lot like Vegas just with more rules..The manager that hired me just wanted me to work days because I’m new to club. Club opened at noon so day shift is from noon till evening 8pm. House fee is free if you arrive before two pm. Dances are $30. Back in the vip area where couches are there is a machine you scan your ID card/piece and insert money . me thinking if I put $40 in I would make 35 a song .. nope.. you only get $33.33. The more money you put in the more they take. Champagne rooms are upstairs. Very nice layout of club! They have themed rooms the higher customer pays the better the room.. the time I was there I sold two room.. one for $300 and one for $595 .. the shitty part is that the cut is 70/30 so I made $100 off of $300 and $175 off of $600... the $600 room the customer left 20 minutes early from his hour room Bc he didn’t get to see me naked. There was a raid recently which caused all clubs to be on probation which not allow nudity on floor only on stage dancing. So after dancing for him for 40 minutes and him leaving 20 min early caused them to hold my money for 30 days... he didn’t even leave angry... just early... thought it was unfair but what can you do.. Very clean club nice people to work with busy street only thing I have to complain about is the percentage they take. Strict on rules. Money was good in days not a lot of girls so more chances to make money .

Management can be real shit. Like, "what the fuck is even happening" shit. Like "slut shame you in front of the customer" shit. Dances are in little booths and are prepaid ($30) and champagne rooms can be bought with or without champagne and range in time/size/privacy/layout from $250 cash to like 3k or 3500 cash I think, but the management/staff can really be in the way sometimes. Some girls also do way too much on stage, like essentially giving away free lap dances, or worse, allowing customers to come up on stage and try out pole tricks. But again depends on what you are willing to put up with. Hiring standards don't seem very high, seem fine with tattoos, night manager doesn't seem to prefer black girls or to have too many black girls. Lots more black girls on dayshift (fairly often 80-100% black dayshift). Club generally has more of a "party vibe" than some nearyby clubs (Rick's Cabaret, Rick's Saloon).

*sigh* what do I say or where do I begin when it comes to barely legal… This was the first club that I have ever danced in and I lost the $500 weekly audition but they hired me on for night shift and again this is me having no experience at all I am a thin dark skinned model type small breast perry face build... At first everything was great the girls are nice the management seemed very nice and agreeable… Everything seemed to go very well for a newbie... That said this place is PERFECT for newbies.. They do not care about tattoos or piercings they let you express yourself you can wear costumes if you want to even if it's not Halloween and do just about anything you want dress wise. They're not very picky at all about who they hire in my opinion but that's not to say that there aren't some dime pieces in there. lap dances are $30 and they're in a special little booth where you nine times out of 10 can get a lot of Money from the guys as soon as you get them away from their friends. They have some of the most gorgeous laid out VIP rooms I have ever been in and they start at 800-3300 an hour so if your a room girl you can make bank here. You can't pick your music and they're STICKLERS for rules. Good clientele. That said. Management is HORRIBLE!!!!! No vip hostess or manager lasts long.. If they don't like you they will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure that you get fired they will make up whatever they want to make sure you get fired here if someone spendS over $5000 on one credit card they will hold your money and send you a check 6 TO EIGHT WEEKS later. I sold them almost $20,000 in VIP rooms in one week which means I made almost $7000 (they take a lot but can you really complain) and I was fired because one of the rooms the guy had spent $2000 and for personal reasons they held my money for six weeks and when I asked about it they told me that they could hold my money for whatever reason they wanted to and then turned around and fired me a week later for "" smoking weed in a bathroom" ..... Really. As if! The reality is when you're making money like that it pisses a lot of people off and when you question management they don't care how much money you bring in they will fire you at the drop of a hat... The old mgr LYBBIE was queen bitch. I have never in my life been treated so rudely Marvin talked to so disrespectfully as I have by her she consequentially later lost her job so who knows about how management has changed for the better hopefully since she's been fired good luck

I worked here recently after getting turned away from several other Bourbon clubs for having tattoos & being a little curvy. However, I went in around 3 pm on a fri & was able to work right away & made a decent amount of money for the time I was there. The clientele is mostly drunken travelers so getting dances & VIP's weren't difficult to get. My only complaint is that I had a very drunk customer & he had a pocket full of 20's and wanted to get the $30 dances with me but was too drunk to pull the wad out so I reached in to help him & mngmt scolded me for it which was dumb. During the reg dances, the floor guy kept peeking over the wall watching me to make sure I wasn't pickpocking him?? That was annoying! I then asked if he wanted to do a VIP room upstairs & once again stupid mngmt /floor guys intervened & said no he couldn't bc he was "too drunk" even though he just came out of an hr room with another girl. So anyways that girl & I took him upstairs for a double VIP dance only to have his card decline :( Overall I'd recommend this club to traveling girls if you're passing thru town ,but I will not be traveling to work here again unless the management changes. They screwed me out of making more money than I walked with! They seemed to be ok with tattoos on girls & a more alternative look so that was good. The house fees were normal $40 if you are checked in by 10 pm & also go onstage otherwise it's $160 to skip stage. I got "fired" on my 2nd day by this bitch mngr who informed me that I needed to tone up before I could be on night shift again WTF?! So I gathered my things & got my money & left & will not be returning to this shithole place until that manager is gone! There were several other curvy girls working & she chose to fire me for whatever reason...*rolls eyes* Avoid this place like the fucking plague!

Easy going staff, friendly clientele. The stage is big and allows for good range of movement and tricks. The stage is kind of a weird layout, but pretty clean.

Nowadays, this club is in the old Scarlett's building. They have made quite a comeback since hurricane Katrina. There are two poles on the main stage that go to the ceiling, and they spin! Awesome for anyone who loves to do pole tricks. The management is friendly and don't ask for too much. There are cameras throughout the club, making it feel alot safer. The girls are friendly, and the bouncers are helpful. The clientell are usually respectable, although you get some bad apples every now and then (and where do you not?). The fees are reasonable. Overall, this has been my favorite place to work, ever! Great place to build your image because everyone is really helpful and friendly. Beautiful club with lots of money-making potential.
