Additional Information
I worked at SR last year before moving out of the Boise area last summer and went for a visit. I called one of my old managers and told him that I would be coming in, so I'm not sure what the hiring policy is now. The club is only 1 year old on the inside with the standard SR decor. Dances are SO
EASY to sell at only $10 for a single song or $40 for 3 in a VIP room. Location super, being downtown and all can get alot of business during the daytime. Pay out is very high. House fee is $15, then $2.50 for every $10 you make on private dances. Plus tipping to bouncers, DJ and manager. I paid out $185 to the club alone on a Friday night. But for being in Boise, Idaho, I have found the money to still be the best at SR. Management is and always has been a joy to work with. The current manager does not coddle or kiss ass, but if you have a problem, you can count on him to handle it. The rules are strict for dancer behavior, but if you're doing what you're supposed to do, there's not a problem. I knew alot of the girls there, as I had worked with them previously, so not a problem there. They are a really FUN group to work with. This is definitely the club I will be working at when I move back to Boise in the summer. There is no better joint in Boise, if you ask me!
