Additional Information
I work here now. Since this is the first club I've ever worked in, I can't compare it to others, but I can describe the current set up.
Scheduling is strict, you can choose the days you want to work, but you have to work a full shift which is around 9 hours most nights. If you leave early or don't show up you're charged $180. When you're hired they will try to give you a contract for a minimum of four days per week, but you can talk them out of it. Just push and say you can only do the number of days you want.
Management are mostly nice, but can be strict. There are fines for spending too much time in the dressing room, or showing up late. They will usually back you up if there are problems with customers though.
Weeknights are extremely quiet, and only the girls with regulars, or the knockouts and hard hustlers will make money. Weekends get quite full and most girls do well. Girls range from perfect 10s to absolute trolls.
Stage spots are three songs, nude by the end. On a busy night you can usually make about $40 or $50 from a spot. Lap dances are fully nude and the customer can touch anywhere except between the legs, and they can't use their mouths. The cheapest lap dance is $95 for 10 mins so it takes some hustling to get the average joe to buy one, but there is money to be made here. You can also sell spas, which is a private room with a spa. These are worth pushing to customers with money, as it's easy to spend a few hours in there, and earn a lot.
All tips are yours to keep, and you get 50% of lap dances and spas.
The tank is gone, instead you're required to do a shower show each night. These are generally a waste of time unless its extremely busy.
