Additional Information
Visited Rick's NY twice, once midweek during the lunch special (11am-3pm, $10 3-course lunch + $8 drinks until 4pm, good deal) and once on a Friday night. Daytime no cover, night $20.

It is a moderate-size club with 3 levels: main floor downstairs with bar, main stage and small satellite; private-dance areas in the top floor; overflow seating and mezzanine stage in the middle. Very, very high dancer quality for both day and night shifts, with a decent level of diversity; the ladies and the staff are friendly and helpful, got good attitudes from all both visits. Seems to aim for classy-but-relaxed ambience.

Lap dance options are floorside bench / tableside at the main rooms, or private area upstairs, there is apparently no shared "semiprivate" as in other NY clubs. The hustle for dances is present but is not of an obnoxious level, which is appreciated; the ladies seemed all quite capable of an engaging conversation (language barrier can be an issue in many NY clubs) and willing to spend some hang-out time if you've been paying for dances. Floor/table is NY-standard $20, hands-off of course; the ones I took up on it did an excellent job by corporate-club standards. Private dances space is a sitting area with a curtain that can be drawn closed; $360 per half hour, plus tips to dancer, waitress and room mother, plus drinks (and they will push for bottle service, and when you see THAT price chart try not to fall off the seat!).

Quite an enjoyable two visits and worth stopping by if in NY.
