Additional Information
This club is actually in Huachuca City...about an hour south of Tucson. That being said, the club is a joke. It is total dive, but the employees treat it like a high class gentlemen's club. It would be funny if they weren't so delusional and arrogant about it. The manager is a monster. During the application process I was harrassed about prior employment and references. What small town strip club needs personal references to hire a stripper as an independent contractor?! I've worked at better clubs than this and they NEVER ask for personal references or treat independent contractors like employees during the application/hiring process. I almost choked on the stench of snobbery that was radiating off from her. The DJ is horrible. He's not quite "all there" and mumbles constantly. Wouldn't be so bad if the club didn't charge $20 for every stage the dancer misses. Fees are average. House fee is $5+, doormen get $5 each, 10% goes to the DJ. Dances are $10 on the floor and $15 in the VIP area, although some girls only charge $10 in the VIP area. They have a "private area" but really it's just a section of the VIP that they draped a curtain around. Joke. The lights on stage are so bright that you actually look better in the horrible dressing room lights (which is a closet with lockers). The club was remodeled last year, but don't let that fool you. I thought "Oh great! Nice new club!" but it is still very much a dive. Another thing I thought would be great is the customers. The only strip club next to a military base has to be harboring some great money nights right? WRONG! There were less than one customer per dancer and selling dances was like pulling teeth (and this was after military pay day, mind you). Most the customers were young and about 1/4-1/3 were female customers. The doormen don't wand the customers or check them for weapons...they only check ID's. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the other dancers were very nice. Some of them admitted that money there is hit or miss. Most were average looking and if you don't know how to dance and look like a newb, you'll fit right in. Another thing I feel like I have to mention is the bathroom. The ladies bathroom is right next to the bar and adjacent to the main floor. It's a single room with a toilet and the door doesn't lock. What this means is that anybody can open the door while your going about your business and the entire club can catch a look. Overall, I would recommend staying far away from this club. It's not even worth checking out if you're just passing through town. Total. Waste. Of. Time.
