I worked at Babe's NOLA from the start of July until mid November. The club itself is nice and the management and dancers are all generally super friendly, but the club itself is not doing well. The club is constantly looking for new dancers and the club next door is known for girls giving a lot of extras which can make business here slow and if a custy says they usually go to the club next door, if you get a dance expect him to be trying to touch all over and get away with things and having to fight off hands. It can be pretty hard to sell a lot of dances because the place is usually pretty slow... On weekdays there are usually 1 to 3 custys in the club at a time if there are any at all and usually there will be periods of noone coming in for hours. Also the customers usually just want to hang around and watch TV and not looking for dances. The club has such a hard time with money that they actually encourage you to say things that will make customers think they will be getting extras to trick them into going to VIP like "I can't tell you what goes on in there but it is pretty crazy! ;) Are you up for it?" And if they ask if you will suck their dick or something in there to say stuff like "I'm not allowed to say or I'll get in trouble, come back there with me though and it'll be a super good time" Which I didn't really feel right doing, but if you are fine with doing that to get people back there you might be able to sell a VIP or two. This club is almost always slow and you will usually make about $90 to $260 and sometimes more or less with the high end being $300 or $400 if it is an exceptionally busy weekend or sometimes more on a holiday. It costs $100 to call out and the staff usually will tell you random "rules" you had never heard of before and sometimes ask for fees because you broke them. Also the actual rules and stuff the club change often. The price of VIPs has changed a couple times, rules about days you have to work change, house fees change, etc The club is really strict about not having people actually give out extras though! If they catch you doing something like that you will be fired pretty quickly. Also the girls there are almost all really pretty, prettier than a lot of girls at other clubs I've been to. Some need to work on their hustle a bit though, it is easy to get discouraged there and want to just sit in the dressing room eating Chinese food forever because of the depressing amount of customers and money to be made there. Babe's has really nice girls and friendly management, but the club itself is hard to make money in and the management can be pretty iffy about rules. I wouldn't really recommend working here unless you are good at lying about extras because there honestly isn't too much money to be made here and rules and such change often. I do think it is a nice club if you are a beginner though and want a laid back environment to learn about dancing in!

Just wanted to review and get the word out about a new club that just opened last week in Burlington near the Playhouse Lounge. Used to be called Risque, but new management has taken over the building. The club layout is beautiful. 3 stages with spinning poles, flat screen TVs, etc. BYOB, friendly staff is an understatement. Management is willing to work together with you re: scheduling. I believe there are six VIP areas? And the lights in them change to whatever colors you want via remote! :D They all also have large flat screen TVs in them. The lap dance area is open. Price for dances are $20 for 4min (you keep 15), $125 for 15min VIP (you keep $75, I believe) and $225 for 30min VIP (you keep $125). NO HOUSE FEE. DJ tip out is $20 minimum. The customers are, by and large, very respectful and tipping friendly. The only reason I didn't give this place 10 stars is because they literally have no girls. Because of this, customers don't stay long. THEY NEED GIRLS! But this will not hire just anyone so if you plan to apply be proportionate, toned, and don't look/act like you've been high for the last 10 years. DRAMA WILL NOT BE TOLERATED (which is just super, lol). Not sure on their tattoo policy.
